My husband does the process and I just sit with my eyes closed. The atmosphere outside and within becomes so calm, energetic and vibrant. It’s beyond words to explain what it is 🙏
Can Guru pooja be done at home without going for the program? I know the complete chant with the correct pronunciation. Sadhguru app has a guru pooja chant too. Is it okay to chant along with the audio? Does the guru pooja also include any other thing like certain hand gestures, etc.
Namaskaram, If you are using the newly launched Guru Pooja chant on Sadhguru app for chanting along, you don't need to do any posture or hand mudra. You can simply sit with your eyes closed and chant along. Instructions of how to approach the chant are also mentioned on the app. If one wants to perform Guru Pooja with proper pronunciation, mudras and offerings, he should go for the Guru Pooja Program which happens at Isha.
I have a question. This guru pooja helps us to connect with sadhguru, or can we use it to invite dhyanalinga, devi or other deities as well, are there restrictions to who can be invited, can we invite sadhguru one day and dhyanalinga another day?

I am regular with bhuta shuddhi amd Shambhavi but left surya kriya for 5 months. I want to restart it but am afraid tht I wud make some mistake becoz I must have forgotten important details(though I remember the breathing pattern and posture sequence). Shud I wait for a hath yoga program to happen or shud I restart on my own.
