Kurt, you had the biggest smile on your face! It is obvious that you and Snow are having a great time. I loved the colorful buildings and streets! Very nice. The male artist, that was painting with his mouth, was awesome! Such beautiful paintings! Yes, football is epic in Argentina! After all Snow has been through, I am so happy to see the both of you enjoying life to the fullest! 🤩
Loved the video. "Barrio" means "neighborhood." The reason there are so many people are descendants of Europeans is because, like in the US, there was an eradication policy towards the original peoples of Argentina. Since you mentioned the Italian I fluence..... there's a joke about Argentinean footballers in Italy for a game. Bored at their hotel room, one grabbed the phone book and began to peruse it. Then he commented to his team mates: eeee ché! Have you seen how many Argentinean last names they have here in Italy? 🤣🤣🤣
Argentina's absolutely beautiful, to me, perhaps the best in South America, food, culture, music, people! Your content and how you cheer up people is contagious, love your channel guys! Blessings and hoping for snows prompt recovery! 👋🏻😎🍺
Snow is more beautiful than ever. Guys, as a Brazilian fan of Mafalda, I strongly advise you to read it. I saw a T-shirt with Mafalda in one of the shops you visit in this vídeo. I think you will love her. Ask in any bookshop.
Hi my name is Ms Jimmie and I just wanted to tell y’all I am fixing to have a triple bypass and I’m glad your feeling a lot better now. I also live in Florida in Pensacola and love it. I was raised up in Keys key West and love my Florida pray for me.
@@SnowAndCurt Thankyou and I pray everyday for you both to be Safe. Snow you can do this just don’t go hiking with Curt he can climb. I wish I could do that. Love you both. 🙏♥️🎄☃️😦👍
Jimmie, you'll be fine! And let me remind you something: "our: argentine cardiac surgean René Favaloro is considered the "father of coronary bypass surgery" . He made his first while studying in USA, around 1976. Loves!
When I have watched so many of the nomads, such as yourselves, you all share a short part of the surrounding area/ country.. BUT with you guys actually living there it is sooo entertaining to see so much more . It is like we are there experiencing the move to a new country right along with you !! I know you miss the travel .. BUT I think you will look back on this time as actually having a second home and knowing the country and city so much better than just a few days in the town. And you sharing how the international insurance is handled and the quality healthcare is so helpful and informative! Love the tours of the different sections of Buenos Aires...and seeing the excitement and the local ways they gather and support the "football".. like the country/city's own form of a HUGE "tail gating party"!! Can see you are feeling better Snow.. so glad!!
It's great to see you both looking so happy. I'm hoping that's because Snow is continuing to improve and feel well. What a beautiful area of Buenos Aires, and what neat culture! I remember really enjoying learning about Argentina during our South American history and geography class, especially liked the Gauchos, but didn't remember about the artist. This is one of the many things that has me looking for your video drops on Saturdays and Wednesdays, it's not just pretty fluff. You guys might not have started out to become UA-camrs, but you seem to have a knack for showing us great stuff, with narration that's always respectful to the culture, flora, fauna, people and place. If you needed proof of how much you touch the hearts of people everywhere you go, just review your subscribers' locale. One of my favourite things to do after watching your videos, is to read all the amazing comments from around the world. Especially the ones from the country you are traveling through. I predict that by the time your travels are over, you'll have followers from over 80% of the countries on our planet. Stay safe and healthy, 🤗🇨🇦
I shared the video with my son who reminded me that the band he plays bass for, has played a number of times in Buenos Aires & that after one of the concerts, he & his wife took a few days just to visit. He knew of this neighborhood! (-: I'm not a city person but some of the cities you've been to in SA are gorgeous! Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to travel vicariously with you!
Adorable Snow speaking in "Argentino"!!!!! Cashe, shama jajajajaja. Also, thank you for your lesson on our beautiful City, it's nice to hear that you have interest un sharing not only the views but also our history with your followers. Don't miss San Telmo, Recoleta and Puerto Madero, especially on a Sunday. Saludos, amigos.
Loved seeing the dancers - wow! Your new earrings and Curt’s new hat! The artist painting with the brush in his mouth! Incredible! Loved seeing the booths/wall murals of artsy wares/painting is fabulous! Thank you for sharing! Great day of taking in this Argentina culture!
Buenos Aires is just incredible, the sheer joy of vibrant colours with street art, loved the tango dancers! It is just a tourist mecca….I always love your vlogs! Stay well & safe guys! 💜💙🇦🇺🎄🧑🎄🎅🍻 #Argentina
There are some very talented mouth and foot painting artists, and the mouth artist that you featured is definitely one.....his artwork looked fabulous. I've only ever met one foot artist......he was a thalidomide baby. The dexterity that he had using a paintbrush with his foot was amazing and produced amazing artwork. Yeah even though I don't follow football, I have a feeling that Argentina or Brazil ( or both) will be in the final match. Though England are still in the running, so there might be a miracle there🤣
I just found your channel about a month ago, and I am hooked! I absolutely love all of the little excursions you take us on. I have always wanted to travel the world, but being a paraplegic senior, it is not a viable option for me. So, being able to experience Argentina and it’s people & colourful lifestyle is such a pleasure. Snow, I do hope that you are beginning to feel better now that you have your new meds and pacemaker implant. You are looking great. Keep up the healthy eating and and enjoy each and every day. You & Curt really bring a smile to my face! 😊❤
What a fun day! That place is off the charts? Snow, you are amazing! Just a short time after what could have been a life changing experience that would send many scurrying home to safety, you jump up and reinvent your lifestyle to even healthier. Then off you go on such fun adventures, all with a big smile and the most positive attitude ever. Curt, you are no less impressive. You are the best support person possible for your lovely life adventure partner. I hope you are looking after yourself as well. ❤
Snow you never looked better, so happy for you, continue having a good time you both!! Thank you for the tours of my Buenos Aires, is almost like being there.
Wow! Snow, you have been slimming down noticeably. Way to go! You forget to mention one person Evita Peron, the late first lady of Argentina. The musical "Don't Cry for me Argentina" is memorable. Another great football player now is Lionel Messi and his life is quite interesting.
Loved this video. Such a very colorful city. I loved watching the Tango dancers and seeing all of the murals and artwork. That gentleman who was painting with his mouth was amazing.
2:45 I love Snow’s natural hair color and natural style. Your hair looks great in its natural state, never feel you have to change it. I hope you get in good enough physical health to go on some of them long hikes with Curt soon. Maybe that 6 mile volcano rim Curt did in Ecuador, or Machu Picchu in Peru. God Bless.
So happy to see you both out and about and laughing and smiling. Thank you for the tour if the town. You make learning about new places so fun. I can't wait to see where we go next !!
What a fun place! I would be hanging out there every day! It had a European flair. I had no idea the city was THAT big. Wow! And the switch of the "y" sound to "sh" for the double L would drive me crazy, too. Wait 'til you get to Spain where it's supposed to become an "ly" sound.
What a cool little place. I love arts and dancing. I was also wondering if you guys would maybe do an extra video on van life. What you have learned along the way that you didn't do in the beginning. Do you guys make a plan of how long to stay in a city or surrounding areas for how many days. How you map out where you want to go and do you spend days on the internet planning what attractions you want to do. Snow I'm so glad you're doing well and it shows.Loving how you guys embrace the culture. I would love to be doing what you guys are doing. Being on the road everyday is a new day with different scenery.Always being a tourist and exploring, opposed to living in your own country doing the same thing- working and home with a fee expensive side trips. My father in law and his wife used to travel a lot and said it was awkward going home because you lost connections with people you use to see on a daily basis and had nothing in common to talk about. Thank you Snow & Curt . The video was colorful and full of good information as always. Looking forward to you next video. God Bless you both safe travels and good health.❤
