I love how she does not hide the fact that is hard to be mother and the transformation of her body after and the work she has to do
yesss!!!
Yes. It s tots normal that not every baby sleeps 12 hours and is happy go lucky all the time!
Yep, the first 3 month are tough and so difficult for women’s body and mental health.
@@valerypogodina I agree
Wow your lil girl shes precious romee
Major respect for not showing your baby’s face and doing what feels right for you and your family ❤️👏🏽 privacy has become so underrated these days
Istg... I was thinking the same thing too
why r u everywhere
Hello how are you
I just don’t understand it It’s silly to me, no one is gonna steal your baby
@@lcb1010 you can't be for sure tho and especially someone as famous as her, it's possible
Romee I really hope you read this comment because it could answer why Mint has “ stomach problems”. Check under her tongue to see if she is “ tongue-tied”. This means that there is a little piece of skin attaching the tongue to the bottom floor of the mouth. It shouldn’t be there although it is quite common and is OFTEN overlooked by doctors and nurses. If she is tongue tied it makes it difficult to get a proper grip ( suction) on the nipple ( also of the bottle) which means she will swallow air which causes an upset stomach. This is also why some babies seem to be hungry all the time. Hope this helps you. Btw it’s so lovely to see you guys posting again, I’ve missed you. I promise that this will all be worth it when she gives you her first proper smile at about 5-6 weeks. Hang in there darlings! ❤️❤️❤️😘

So what r y’all’s favorite color?
Yes! Please check this and see if you can find a specialist because quite often doctors don't know whatbthsyre looking for. My son's wasn't diagnosed until he was 4.5 months and that was with an ENT! It could really help.
The fact that she apologized for the vlog not being “organized”
Honey you’re vlogging, pumping, cooking and taking care of your baby, you’re doing amazing💗
What the actual fuck so many likes holy shit thanks y’all 😂
so true ❤️❤️

I love that she showed her silhouette when exercising. She looks BEAUTIFUL, of course, but I love that she still looks a bit post-partum like MOST girls DO at 6 weeks! It's confusing when you see all these actresses/models that look like they never had a baby after a week! This is refreshing! Thanks for being honest, Romee! You're beautiful inside and out and your daughter is so lucky!
You should include Gigi as well

It’s so crazy throughout the past years we were looking at the face of a full time model and now we are looking at the face of a full time, grown up mother❤️
you are glowing ✨
Oh Hi du gute
ohh Melina du hier!
Laurens* is glowing 😂
I love how open you are being about breast feeding and pumping. I don’t have kids but it breaks my heart when women feel the need to hide it. Well done you 👏🏼
I covered myself for modesty. But I still breastfed everywhere.
@@dawnshipley1243 I meant hiding in the sense of not feeling able to talk about it. Glad you were able to do what’s right for you 🙌🏻
@@ChaniLillian - That's a great point too. It helps, so much, when women can share their experiences.
the little sounds she makes are so adorable AAAHHHHH
making motherhood look realistic and authentic. Love you , you`re doing great x
yes!!!
Exactly!!
Wait what? Who the hell can afford for both parents not working and ordering food all the time? Most new moms struggle alone with cooking, cleaning, groceries and the baby.
@@ancakrumella9674 some contries have paid maternity and paternity leaves ! This is not the case in all countries but it defininetly should be ! ☺️
@@ancakrumella9674 maternity and paternity leave in most European countries are far better in the USA so it probably more common that both parents aren't working
Romee looks AMAZING always, but especially for a busy mom who never sleeps. And Laurens too. Hang in there, you guys are doing great!
I cannot get over the fact that this two angels are parents!!!!!
Omg i know!
Romee: "Meanwhile my sister in law..."
Lauren: "Isn't it cute?"

Yesss I was waiting for someone else to comment on this I’m dying 😂😂😂
Why did that make him seem like, lowkey creepy to me though...🤨👀
Time?
When I was a first time mom, a woman at the grocery store told me „Enjoy the sleepless nights“. Time flies and they just grow so fast. Even though these times are rough, these are the most special moments and you will be looking back at them with pride and joy 🥰
Thank you for not sugarcoating or giving us an Instagram look into having a newborn. It's so important for people to see the realities of having a newborn.
Because of Romee I'm less scared of postpartum. She's such a wonderful mom
And you will be too! 🥰 Wish you all the best with your pregnany, may God bless your family! ❤
The best advice I realized was to sleep when baby sleeps.
@@Roberta-wu7bd thank you, but I'm not pregnant haha I was just always soo scared of pregnancy but now I feel a lot safer. ❤️😊
She looks so good even if she’s not sleeping
@@heidiscott9226 huh?
I'm totally with you with the choice of not showing her face, babies are so precious creatures and must be protected from the crazy world outside ❤
Romee being a mother is making me love her and admire her even more! ✨
Can we all agree how gorgeous Romee is? ❤️❤️
Hi Romee, I'm a young mother of two little boys and i just wanted to let you know that things will get so much easier. Soon things will be a lot more predictable and normal, you will sleep again, baby won't have stomach issues anymore, breastfeeding will get so much easier or it might not work and baby will get a bottle (what I'm saying is, don't stress out as long as baby is fed and happy). Both my babies were super 'needy' and on my boobs constantly (I'm talking about every 15minutes for hours, not every two hours) and I know it feels like forever especially when you are tired but hang in there, it's a matter of maybe a few months! Can hmmm
Regarding the stomach issues, the first one was really colicky and with the second one we really made sure to burp him a lot after feeding. No matter how annoying it was when he fell asleep after a feed and we had to wake him up to burp him, it paid off. Sometimes it takes ages for the burp to come but it was worth it. When we didn't do it baby would get upset not long after and wake up really agitated and it would be really difficult to burp him at that point.
At 58, and no children ( never babysat even!) you make everything seem like a beautiful passage of life, a miracle, a wonder to behold! I never had an interest in having children ( too ADHD) and your openness, honesty, beauty, and frankness, make me wish I had a daughter like you! I have learned more from you than a hundred year old sage! The both of you make me glad that I survived my operation this week, and even though I'm full deaf now, I can still witness your love and friendship by looking at how the two of you interact. I don't know what else to say, I'm fumbling my words~LOL~
no need to make excuses like having ADHD for not wanting to have children. no one asks for reasons why some people jump through hoop after hoop to have them...
@@julietoddjulie HaHaha!!!
I just had a full hysterectomy a few days ago and people want to focus on very specific things I say?!! LOL!!! Oh wow! I thought I was being being truthful and honest about MY reasons. Remind me to never share again....or tell the truth...but, gosh darn it, it just comes so natural to me~Ha! Thanks for this. it certainly helps me heal from my surgery~ HaHa!
@@julietoddjulie Besides, women being recognized as being ADHD is an important subject that NOone wants to talk about and a very real one. My brother got diagnosed but I did not. I did my thesis on it for my major (PSY, btw) so it is MY reason and now I regret my choices, but the doctors back then did not think women got ADD. If someone is offended by my openess and honesty, I don't know what to say, but at my age, I've earned the right to speak my mind.
I'm so glad your operation went well!! You are an amazing human being, I wish you all the health, love and peace! I believe everyone has different paths and you were maybe meant to live like you do now! may God bless you! I love you🙌🥰
You probably don’t feel well because you’re not getting enough sleep. Totally normal for a new mom. Plus this Covid gets us all freaked out. Any little thing I feel I wonder if I have Covid. So annoying! Miss your videos. Thanks for sharing an update 😘
Has nothing to do with sleep or the zodiac but thanks for your .02
i love how much you truly love your baby and dont rely on nannies to raise her as many people with money do!youre great parents and its obvious without even being there
The most gorgeous hair I've ever seen especially after the birth and everything.. it's incredible 💛💛
*I love that she picked Mint for her baby's name* 💚
It´s amazing how real you are and so cute how you´re apologising for not having a very organized vlog...HONEY you are a new mother and you are doing graet. Love from Spain
“She likes the Dior” I LOVE that
Hello. rhiannon how are you doing
Omg hello! So happy to have you back Romee!!! Love baby Mint!!
she went from full-time model to full-time mom. respect!
Love you so much, hope you and your baby are doing well
Try to give her „gripe water“ before bed, helps against tummy aches and helps to sleep better!💜
Definitely. We grew up with gripe water here in Ireland.
Elizabeth Serero yesss ! I had that ! I actually didn't think they still made it
Gripe water works!
i just know their daughter is going to be raised so well ❤️
I have heard that if breastfeeding mothers consume dairy, the milk proteins can transfer through breastmilk, causing digestive distress for some babies. You might want to cut it out for a while and see if it helps her.
I’ve heard that too, what the mother eats can affect the baby’s stomach.
My daughter is 19 days old now. I haven’t had a good sleep in 19 days🤣Being a mother is hard but so worth it😊
The sounds of the coffee machine during almost the whole video 😂 mood
Also it’s great to see how far you’ve come in terms of speaking english, you sound so fluent now
baby’s little sounds are adorable- she’s the sweetest little angel! i’m so glad you were blessed with your little girl 🥰 she has the best parents
She seems like such a mom! Love to see her change from her early VS years to know! ♥️
Her early VS years? You think she’s been doing this for a decade or something? Wake up you wannabe

It's so refreshing to see videos like this about day-to-day life as new parents. Love how Romee keeps it real in her videos. They're doing great! Also love the name Mint.
16:47 Romee looks so young!! omg she looks like in the pictures of when she was 16💗
Low key made me realize HOW MUCH WORK having A BABY is, so physically draining but so emotionally rewarding. Respect girl 💕
It’s really not much work. Try having 6 like the real women who came before you did, along with doing all the work and suffering on women’s rights so you can feel no shame about obesity and sit on Twitter all day long bashing strangers for decade old allegations.
@@copperbeckville1853 It really is a lot work, now and then!!Lots of love to a beautiful family 💜💜
ur such a huge inspiration and we can all tell ur a great mother 🥺
Finally, soo looking forward... I havent seen it yet but we are happyyy to see you and your little angel.
Romee I know advice is now always welcome but My baby also had bad colics and I was at a point of being ready to try anything! Try Taking a teaspoon of fennel seeds and putting them into a cup of hot boiled water. Let it “brew” for a few hours and then give her a tablespoon of cooled fresh fennel water in a bottle a few times a day. If she doesn’t like it just put a little sugar in it to make it a bit sweet. This is a very old remedy but many times it does work! You just have to try for at least a few days or a week to give it time to work
Never tried for my kids as they didn't need it, but whenever I have a stomach ache, I drink fennel tea. Really helps ! Great advice
Fennel tea was something that my mom gave me every time i had stomach ache as a baby. She said it works wonders.
❤ This is so true! motherhood is brutal, it's hard to even find time to shower at first but being a mom is rewarding!
Appreciate your complete honesty when it comes to parenting and how its not always easy. When I had my daughter almost 4 years ago, I felt like every mom said it was easy peasy. It's not easy peasy and its ok to say. Also, it does get easier as they grow. You are doing great! Congrats!
What a beautiful video. You have transitioned into motherhood so effortlessly well. I love how realistic this vlog is. You both seem like utterly wonderful parents. So much love!
Romeeee we missed you,, hope you and mint are well 🤍🤍
You look so radiant and happy, even with all the tiredness from lack of sleep! Something great has happened to you, Romee, with the arrival of Mint! xo

I have missed your blogs so much. I love you and Laurens. You are so kind and loving. I’m happy for your beautiful family. Thank you for taking the time to share. Wishing you all the best.
You uploading literally made my day Romee🥺
When a baby has stomach ache it really helps when you hold her the way that your hand is under her belly while she looks down.. you know what position I mean??😅 so when she lies on her belly that will help!! But especially when you hold her that way!!
This is really refreshing and genuine !! It’s so healthy to have a balance between the glamourous and exciting life with real life experiences! It’s really nice that you are such a genuine role model and you are doing great 💚! Love from Canada ☺️💚
we love you romee! showing the nicer and tougher days of motherhood❤️
So happy for you! Your such a great mom💗
Are we not going to talk about how long is her hair? So beautiful ❤️🥰
Exactly what I was thinking
You’re SUCH amazing parents! Thanks for making time to vlog, nice to see you, Lawrence and baby Mint :)
Yes! 🙌🏻 I love that you are co-sleeping/bedsharing! It’s so natural and normal and when she gets a little older you’ll be able to sleep a lot better. She’ll sleep through the night a lot sooner than if you didn’t.
Never clicked so fast 💨 Thank you for taking time for us❤️
"Cooking with Laurence takes a little longer than thirty min"🤣

What an amazing job you are doing!
Suggestion: If the only food Mint is getting is your breast milk, it may help to consider what you are eating. What you eat, she eats. For example, onions and garlic may be OK on your tummy. But it may upset Mints. Watch what you eat and see how she responds. Might help. ❤❤
