OH HELL YEA ANOTHER VIDEO!!! Bridgette/Eyvle is objectively one of the coolest women in FE and I'm so happy to see someone gush about it. If I'm allowed d, a woman I particularly really like in Fire Emblem is Tana. Despite her introduction not being the greatest, and especially having a very poor 2nd intro in Ephraim's route (which is the route I went with first so her being my favorite character in Sacred Stones despite that is saying something) I love her strength in determination and love and how she refuses to stay idle while all her friends are out fighting, while also acknowledging that despite everything, she might not make it home. (As said in her support with Syrene and her death quote where she said she was prepared for this for a long time, meaning she has come to terms with the possibility of dying, but does not let that stop her from going out and fighting if it means protecting her friends) When characters main traits is that they're kind and loving, people tend to think they're swallow and not that complicated, and while Tana is one of the more simpler characters in Sacred Stones, she nonetheless is an amazing character BECAUSE of how simple she is snd I ADORE her. I personally would love to see your takes on her if you do another episode! Otherwise, I'm looking forward to hearing about any other awesome women. Because women are great.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on Tana! I don't think a character being loving means that they're not complicated at all--there's so complexity that can be included in a character who feels things intensely and cares about other people. ♥
Oh I KNEW Eyvel was going to be on here! Legitimately the heart of FE5, she has it all - she's the game's Jagen, signifying immense power relative to everyone else on the team early on so she is dependable and strong. She's literally Leif's mother, safeguarded Fiana for years after losing her Briggid side, and the effects of her untimely demise could be felt by everyone (and her coming back too elicited strong feelings from the S tier cast). That scene with Dagdar and Leif was... You know the one. God, Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 is so good. I have no idea why people disparage it, saying its plot is terrible and it's a very mediocre game, when characters like Eyvel, Leif, and Nanna exist. Do these people not see the power of great character writing? Oh, and Echidna just exudes awesome. She's the first female Hero in the series, and she really fits the class's own name for her people.
Haha, how could Eyvel not be included? Her story is so epic. I was writing her section of the script, and before I knew it, it had taken up, like, half the video. XD It's a really great game--introduced a lot of new mechanics that are now staples of the series. I'd love to see it (and Genealogy) get remade, as long as they remain faithful to what made both of the games great. ❤
I have genuinely never seen someone say thracia’s plot was terrible, that’s one of the few things that thracia fans and haters agree upon, it has some of the best writing in the series.
@@lightbrand_ Just from what I've heard of it, since I haven't played myself, the plot isn't the big issue with Thracia. It's the bullshit gameplay that is super unforgiving.
29 minutes of peak, I love Mae’s character so seeing her here was awesome 😌
Aww, thank you!! ☺ I like Mae quite a bit too!
glad this is a series! :D
I'm glad you're glad about it! ^^ There will be more to come. :)

I love story and character discussions, and I can't wait for more of this series!
Glad to hear it! 🥰
This is such a great highlight of fun characters!✨️
Thank you very much!! ^^
great video, i'm excited for the rest of this series!!! this one was a really good batch of characters
Thank you very much--glad you enjoyed! ^^
Another point in Mae's favor is that she is one of the few women in gaiden who isn't captured or brainwashed at some point, seriously wtf Kaga?
He does like that trope a little too much, yeah. XP But yes, that is definitely another point for Mae! ^^
