Doja Cat has a history of treating her fans like garbage. Shortly before she dropped Scarlet, she started lashing out at her own fans for LIKING her pop hits and first two albums. I get being frustrated with stans that go overboard (I've dealt with tons of deranged stans from multiple music stanbases for criticizing their albums/behavior), but the regular fans sharing their appreciation for your work!? Come on... 🤦♂️
Legit every artists you have heard of on the radio has that exact same story, fans liking the artists least favorite songs, That’s not treating them like garbage.. I’d say not acknowledging paid members is more disrespectful 🤷♂️

I'm not even a Doja Cat fan and this whole drama is unwarranted. It's not like Doja Cat directly told this person that their Locker bundle sucked. Plus this is all just unhealthy ionization this should have been a throw-it-over-the-shoulder moment.
One thing about doja cat people dont understand is that she always trolls. She always gets into the stupidest drama or stirs it up, and yall fall for it everytime. Im no doja fan but ive watches videos on her dramas in the past, and most of them werent even true or that serious

I follow Dahja on twitter, and honestly the amount of people that support them is tremendous right now. Regardless of what Doja Cat thinks, Dahja has a decent sized army of the people that actually matter behind them...the Fortnite Community.

This is what happens when music companies don't develop artists like they did in the past. They end up hurting their brand doing things like this. I guess today's Internet and celebrities try to be sensational, but it will hurt them in the end. Also Doja Cat has had outbursts online before that give us a peek at her personality. She's toxic. But I still like her music. My favorite song of hers is "Kiss Me More," which is a song that was playing like crazy at the time I was getting into Fortnite so some of my earliest memories of playing are tied with her being the soundtrack of my life at the time. Also that song was in the bundle! The built-in emote is Doja Cat's song. I wonder if Doja Cat even got that far to know that. And someone at Epic had to sign off with someone related to her for the use of that song in the emote... she had to have known at some point.
But no one should treat fans and especially those who idolize you in this manner. I would be honored that you were inspired so much to take on a similar name. If things were settled in the background, I hope Dahjacat was able to heal... but all I can think of is the saying, "Never meet your heroes."

as sum1 who is a huge fan of both creators i feel like people aren’t getting the reason doja cat was mad in the first place, to start she had no idea who “dahja cat” was so she thought fortnite was trying to capitalize off her name especially when the joy skin has an emote with doja cat music along with the asthetic of the locker bundle which was really similar to here older album “hot pink” which she clearly doesn’t like she thought Fortnite was trying to shit on her or throw some shade or as i said previously capitalize on her name but obv it was a misunderstanding in the end which to dojas perspective i would get why she would be pissed but she def took it a bit far but at the same time if dahja cat was a truly big fan of her wouldn’t she already understand she acts like this doja cat has a big idgaf mentality she just says whatever she thinks which is why lots of her fans like her cus she’s relatable but for dahja to take it personally was odd as clearly that wasn’t the intention idk both sides are just stupid and couldve been handled way better honestly
