I have a tip: Start the challenge a little bit earlier into the season and complete the limited time quests. Then, at the end of the season, do all the rest
I cant be the only one who thinks that 10K XP just is not enough for completeing a challenge, say you ONLY got challenge XP every week you could probably get 1 level (Maybe even less) I think it should be 30K - 40K XP
either that or give us way more challenges. If we got story quests weekly instead of once every like... 4 weeks then that'd be nice. It wouldn't be a ton, but it'd at least be something.
@@SunSh1neFN I did dailies every day except maybe 15. That includes BR, racing, and festival dailies. I also did every possible quest for exp except 3 in lego worth a total of 15k. Without grinding creative I would be ending the season at, at best, level 130. Not sure what super exp you've been getting.
I did it today but I played the full 24 hours with no breaks. I started playing about 4:00pm GBT Yesterday and just played like my life depended on it.
Not even joking, my friend was at level 92 (close to 93 btw) with none of the snapshots done. All 4 questlines to do. We grinded out all of those and he didn’t even get all 8 levels he needed, he needed to kill an extra person on top of all that to get the XP. That is embarrassingly low. We've genuinely regressed in battle pass progression speed all the way back to Chapter 1 levels. The worst part? They didn’t address this AT ALL this season. Remember in C2S1 where they got called out and raised the gains significantly (Even in the chapter famous for “lack of communication”)? Remember when they fixed the system in C2S8 so they actually gave XP on repeat completions of quests? Nothing like that. Truly scummy.
I got to level 290 something without buying tiers. I stopped caring about exp once I hit 200 so didn’t really care about match quests and stuff after that point
I agree with this opinion. As we speak, I just got level 200, and this took me 2 months. Last season I got to level 347 no problem, but this season took me way to long. Fortnite really needs to focus on how to make their community happy, not make money farms from them to buy the battle bundle. Thanks for this video man, your awesome.
Well, consider this; Every season is at least 3 months long. So if it took you 2 months to finish the pass, you still had plenty of time to spare. I think epic is putting more focus onto consistent play, rather than the people who come in for a few weeks and then drop the game completely.
@@dexchampion2128 So, fun fact, C5S2 was not three months long. It was 2 months and 16 days. They cut a full twenty days off of the season's duration. It was planned to be 76 days long, when most others are around 96 days. So not only was XP lower but the season was INTENTIONALLY shorter.
Him and Perfect score are the only UA-cam channels I believe that still do this challenge although the way Perfect Score interprets it is 24 hours of gameplay time.
I think the big problem with XP is that epic is making XP better for consistent play rather than quest completion. Playing a little bit every day gets you more than enough XP to max out everything, but getting everything in a short time makes everything insanely hard.
even with playing a bit every day I only missed maybe 15 days worth of dailies, but I've had to grind 80+ levels in creative to hit 200. A week or 2 ago I was getting 30k per boss kill and I was thinking ok, the exp is just here now, I can work with that. 2 days later it went down to 2k so that's not so worth it anymore.
The distinction this season though, and what makes it SO much worse, is that it's really only rewarding consistent play of ALL of their games. They are pushing you harder than ever to do the dailies and quests in their other games. If you don't, then you are very likely not getting to 200 on your own, even if you played the BR consistently this season.
@@larzlarzpantsonfarz I mean, that’s not really true. I took a month long break from this season and didn’t play any festival or Lego at all and I’m at 217, no tiers bought. I haven’t even finished all the story quests yet. It is definitely worse than older seasons but considering how fast you could complete them before I don’t 100% see it as a bad thing for most people.

My luck has been awful this season only getting 1 crown, but always making it atleast top 20 with like 60% of my matches ending at top 10. Guess what level I'd be without my level up pack + the 25 levels that are on discount? 114... How is it possible you have ONE FREAKING HUNDRED more levels than me...? No way Jose!
It feels like such a grind getting to level 200 in Chapter 5 but for me it has never felt this hard to level up. It feels like epic thinks we don't have a life and will play fortnite 24/7, alot of things are wrong with fortnite right now

I remember when we used to be able to get 3-4 levels a week from weekly challenges not including the extra character quests and event quests. It's getting too grindy which is why I quit doing battle passes on fortnite. This battle pass in my opinion is probably my least favorite as I expected the gods to be god like and royalty not no tactical soldiers with grenades or a gun on their hip.
One of my biggest gripes about the season was how the minimal XP you got. I was pretty busy with IRL stuff and didnt play as much CH5 S2 as I wanted too. Luckily, as school let out for me, I had a little less than a week to grind out any challenges and creative XP maps to get the remaining stuff I needed. I didnt even want the superstyles at that point. All I wanted was to get to bonus rewards page 4, and get the fortnite festival mic skin (since I dont have any yet) and the 200 v bucks there. Due to the lack of XP this season plus the fact that fortnite made Ch5 S2 end a few days earlier than usual, and I was only able to get up to bonus rewards page 2. Im still really upset I missed out on v-bucks and some other cool cosmetics. Fortnite has to change the way XP and the battle pass works a little next season in order to make it seem possible to fully complete in the set amount of time your given while not making it super easy and mindless. Also, just to give you an example of how bad the XP was this season, back in CH3 S1, I was able to get all the way to the photo negative superstyles while still not fully completeing all my weekly and other quests, while this is the first season where Ive done pretty much every quest I could besides the milestones and I wasnt even close to the superstyles (One thing I wanted to mention was that I didnt buy the level up quest pack, but if I wouldve known the situation I got myself in, I wouldve just shelled out the money to buy the pack. While it probably wouldnt have gotten me to the page 4 bonus rewards, I couldve at least gotten nore stuff, plus some extra cosmetics that came bundled in the pack)
quest xp was nerfed massivly during this season. Event quests gave little to no xp, like 5k at max, or just some event pass progression which doesnt go towards the main bp. Hopefully next season its better
I got to level 140. It was actually super painful and hard. They have made the game harder on purpose so you have to pay for levels. I just wanted the free Vbucks. I basicly only play the game weekly to play the weeklys or if i really want to. I've definitly slowed in grinding. I feel like they have on purpose made the game harder because of your videos.
@RussellScott59 yup. I would have liked to get even the last skin in purple. But I can't be bothered. I'm assuming next season is going to be just as bad. So I might as well stop grinding now to take a break. At least they put missions at the end of last season. The star wars update helped me grind the past couple weeks. But now I'm just ultra bored. I use to play just to play. But I'm getting closer and closer to just doing quests and nothing else.

I will agree that the XP was not good this season. I farmed a ton of save the world to get most of my XP this season. One quest gives around 80k XP while you get around half to a third of a level per mission you play. I got over level 300 doing this and over level 100 in the first week from it.
You quite literally can. I watched a video by The Perfect Score in which he finishes the battlepass in just under 21 hours. The only problem is- he used glitches like the infinite minions glitch from the Ares boss and played other modes, including creative maps. So if you're doing a pure run of the battlepass without glitches or other modes from BR, you probably could only get to around level 70-80, which sucks because that means you NEED to use the other modes, and since a lot of people aren't fond of the other modes, it would not be very fun for them. They're taking the fun out of levelling up and that sucks.
FINALLY! Someone has called out the fact that Fortnite has made so INCREDIBLY difficult to level up now. Like I played for nearly an entire day and only went up EIGHT LEVELS
The sad reality is they only encouraged consistent returns. The midas lava event gave xp, avatar, star wars. Theoretically you could have done it in less than 24 hours, if you only played to complete the temporary challenges
I saw another guy actually finish this challenge use some pretty creative exploits. I got to lvl 276-280 I belive. The lego xp glitch helped A LOT. I'm the only one out of my friends that got all the bonus rewards. I grinded so hard during our school's 2 week vacation because I wasn't going to be able to play anymore because i had upcoming AP tests.

It was always on my mind that completing a set of daily challenges that gave you the bonus XP leveled you up at least once and another level for me practicing for 15 Minutes in The Pit Creative map. That was how I consistently leveled up for the past few years. Rocket Racing gave a similar amount of XP just by doing 6 of its daily challenges (Yes I play rocket racing but for the Battle pass XP) and since my Elimination XP and Playtime XP in The Pit started going downhill since last November, it was not really much of a big deal since I usually level up twice a day for my normal session (fulfilled by the BR dailies and Rocket Racing Dailies). Usually I would save about a week or two if I leveled up twice every day so some off days I usually dedicate it for other personal commitments such as school. Towards the end of the season, I noticed how far back I was on the Battle pass XP so I started panic grinding for the Battle Pass XP (even playing the pit again even they gave me low elim and playtime xp as well as playing some Lego Fortnite which I have not touched in about months) so I was relieved when they turned on the Supercharged XP so I managed to reach Level 200 with about a week to spare. My main point is how low the XP gains are this season compared to past seasons, and given Epic's recent efforts to get us to spend a little more for V Bucks to buy more, overpriced items, and by extension battle pass levels, I was left very stressed and disappointed with how much more effort I have to put into the Battle Pass compared to other seasons.
i hadn't played much this season leaving me at level 19 and today after doing all the weekly, dummy and story challenges I only got to level 51 with the dailies both from BR and Rocket Racing

As I have only been playing since mid c5s1 and didnt care about battle pass then, this is actually very helpful. I never knew how much xp quests gave you.
I have marked the entire time i needed to paly ti get level 100 and it was about 3 to 4 days so yeah Thas fun Also you could leave the festival and lego mode open afk for about 3 hour each for arround 12 levels
They have made xp so, so much harder to get, in chapter 4 I wouldn’t even try to do quests and get level 300+, now I do every quest and can’t even reach the super styles
Yeah leveling up this season sucked bc didn’t play much besides completing weekly challenge I was a lower level than one of my friends that didn’t do most the challenge after completing all of them and ended the season on level 94
This is the only season where I had to buy tiers, I bought the level up pack (28 Levels) and then I bought 33 Levels.. I had to buy 61 levels, in previous seasons I would've been AT LEAST 60 levels over that by this point.

Do you like...play one match once a week or something? Otherwise even playing for 2 hours a day on weekends you can finish the battle pass and the bonus rewards
If you do every quest and afk in lego fortnite a few times you can get tier 100 no packs bought, i was gonna buy the 28 level pack but epic restricted it on the least seasons day
I agree, the availability of XP is limited and unsatisfactory, but I made it well past 200 before the season was through. With Lego Fortnite, you get XP more from time spent in the game than individual quests, since there are so few. I like Lego Fortnite, so I play a couple hours a day every few days, so that granted me quite a few levels of the course of the season. Still, your test here is illuminating.
Reached 200 in like a week+ I think, the exp actually got progressively better then stopped working then returned way worse. Looking at this now I realize how annoying this could be.
Fr the lack of xp this season sucks my girlfriends xbox broke so i’ve been grinding her account to get her the vbucks she was like level 30 something when i started and i’ve been playing it off and on the past month or two and she’s still like 31 levels away from getting all the bonus vbucks its bullshit
I know its been forever since this season but I remember *struggling* to level up from 195 to 200 in 5ish days which is wild since I'd been playing almost daily and completing every quest. I was even forced to purchase the level up pack and I was still up all night grinding creative and idling in Lego. I barely got to unlock Hades's level 200 super style in time. This season (C5S3) I'm gonna finish at around level 215+ so I'm glad they rebalanced XP. Hopefully it stays the same for C5S4.
The snapshot type quests seem to be getting a lot harder every season. It used to be so much easier to do them, but now it's all kill this boss and kill that boss and the xp isn't worth it.
This is the only season where i did not reach level 100 since chapter 1 season 3, it was miserable trying to grind the game, and tbh i just gave up, i realized that i was just addicted to the rewards you'd get every level up and keeping the streak going which surprising took me years literally years to realize i am not evening having fun playing this game anymore

In terms of the cosmetics what did you think of this season’s battle pass? I liked it. Also, 1 strategy I used to get to season level 200 fast is just doing a 3.5 hour Lego Fortnite session on a lot of different days because it gives 5 levels. It does have an AFK kick timer now though so, you have to move the character every ~14 minutes to avoid getting kicked.
ngl some of the skin designs were disappointing. especially compared to the survey version. Don’t like zues’ short hair edit style, but I do like cerberus, artemis, and hades. it did have some of the best gliders and pickaxes from a battle pass ever
this whole week i went from level like 76 to barely making it to unlocking hades on the last day of the season, and i lowkey was so exhausted and was not worth it 😭
I just barely got to level 100 this season. This was the first season in a long while in which I didn't reach level 200. Heck, I didn't even reach level 102. I usually don't play much, but I've spent around the same amount of time this season as the previous ones. This is of course obvious, but Epic is doing it deliberately so you'll spend more time playing Fortnite. They've been doing it for a while, and we managed to get by. But all Epic really cares about is money. And when you're greedy, no amount of money will be enough. So now, you're almost guaranteed to pay money if you want to unlock all the rewards, and do other things in your life at the same time...
Last season was the first one I haven't gotten all the bonus stuff. Just didn't feel like grinding for mediocre skins and the fact they cut the xp and locked stuff behind +150 levels is ridiculous
Something else to note, it's not 140 to get all the vbucks in the bonus either, the super styles start at tier 150 now, so not only is there less xp, you need more levels!!
I was looking at the challenges that were 10K upon completion and I was at level 162 (due to Creative XP maps) with 12 days in the season to go and I was like "dang. This is gonna really come down to the wire...". I had to level up 5 levels per day just to unlock everything. I got to level 200 with 3 days to spare (the closest Ive ever been to not completing it). It was all thanks to XP creative maps.
I get where you’re coming from, but they had so many more quests at the start of the season for all the Midas stuff that they’ve now deleted because it’s over
It’s very interesting seeing the POV of the average player. I didn’t know they struggled in pubs that much, I have a 80% win rate in pubs and 10% in ranked. The skill gap in this game is wild.
I feel this, I can't even imagine if they decreased the amount of bp xp from stw, haven't been able to play that all season due to game lag. They really want people to grind every day now.
Im glad Im not the only one who caught this because my partner n I struggled to grind to get to level 200. We did all the quests and everything for BR, and we still came up short. We ended up having to buy levels, so ik it was definitely a money tactic
I was level 0 6 days before the end of that season, I completed every weekly challenge and every daily challenge over the course of 3 days. Maybe 6-12 hours each of those 3 days. I got to level 68, then spent $25 on levels 5 minutes before servers shut off. Did not like that. My fault for forgetting the game for a whole season but still Edit: I also did all the story challenges and any/all other misc challenges, including 2 challenges in lego, but didnt do any non br challenges outside of that. It was a literal grind, lots of effort. I ended up with a lil over 200 kills, 9 wins 6 of which were crowned.
Dude I haven’t had this much trouble getting levels in so long, I didn’t get 200 this season. I grinded so much and only missed like 7 quests but I don’t think that would have even helped. I only got to level 109.
They still give you 1000 vbucks in the first 100 levels of the battlepass, so if you buy the pass with 950 vbucks, you still come out of it with the amount you paid plus 50 more. The bonus levels will grant you another 500 on top of what you paid. I think the original pass used to grant 1200 vbucks in total, so you are able to make an extra 300 if you do the first 3 pages of the bonus rewards. I mean yeah, I guess if you were expecting 1200 in the first 100 levels it isn't as good, but it is only like 22 levels beyond 100 to scoop up the other 500, so not terrible.

Yup I'm not gonna finish the battle pass because of this. I have 3 kids and a full time job and I just don't have the time to level up

I just kept getting on every single day and did stuff for every mode and then just did a red vs blue map on creative
One of my biggest gripes about the season was how the minimal XP you got. I was pretty busy with IRL stuff and didnt play as much CH5 S2 as I wanted too. Luckily, as school let out for me, I had a little less than a week to grind out any challenges and creative XP maps to get the remaining stuff I needed. I didnt even want the superstyles at that point. All I wanted was to get to bonus rewards page 4, and get the fortnite festival mic skin (since I dont have any yet) and the 200 v bucks there. Due to the lack of XP this season plus the fact that fortnite made Ch5 S2 end a few days earlier than usual, and I was only able to get up to bonus rewards page 2. Im still really upset I missed out on v-bucks and some other cool cosmetics. Fortnite has to change the way XP and the battle pass works a little next season in order to make it seem possible to fully complete in the set amount of time your given while not making it super easy and mindless. Also, just to give you an example of how bad the XP was this season, back in CH3 S1, I was able to get all the way to the photo negative superstyles while still not fully completeing all my weekly and other quests, while this is the first season where Ive done pretty much every quest I could besides the milestones and I wasnt even close to the superstyles (One thing I wanted to mention was that I didnt buy the level up quest pack, but if I wouldve known the situation I got myself in, I wouldve just shelled out the money to buy the pack. While it probably wouldnt have gotten me to the page 4 bonus rewards, I couldve at least gotten nore stuff, plus some extra cosmetics that came bundled in the pack)
quest xp was nerfed massivly during this season. Event quests gave little to no xp, like 5k at max, or just some event pass progression which doesnt go towards the main bp. Hopefully next season its better
I got to level 140. It was actually super painful and hard. They have made the game harder on purpose so you have to pay for levels.
I just wanted the free Vbucks. I basicly only play the game weekly to play the weeklys or if i really want to. I've definitly slowed in grinding.

At least they put missions at the end of last season. The star wars update helped me grind the past couple weeks. But now I'm just ultra bored.

@@Pahiman12last time I checked on level 259, and I have not done even 75% off the challenges or Quest this season. I did the afk Lego method, and XP Glitches, also I spend more than 50% of my fortnite time playing diff stuff in creative.
I miss the old 20-30k challenges. I played some seasons half as much as this, and made it to even higher level!

It's mainly about the new writer starting a story in one season and ending it that same season. We don't have a main story anymore.
I will agree that the XP was not good this season. I farmed a ton of save the world to get most of my XP this season. One quest gives around 80k XP while you get around half to a third of a level per mission you play. I got over level 300 doing this and over level 100 in the first week from it.

You quite literally can. I watched a video by The Perfect Score in which he finishes the battlepass in just under 21 hours. The only problem is- he used glitches like the infinite minions glitch from the Ares boss and played other modes, including creative maps. So if you're doing a pure run of the battlepass without glitches or other modes from BR, you probably could only get to around level 70-80, which sucks because that means you NEED to use the other modes, and since a lot of people aren't fond of the other modes, it would not be very fun for them. They're taking the fun out of levelling up and that sucks.

FINALLY! Someone has called out the fact that Fortnite has made so INCREDIBLY difficult to level up now. Like I played for nearly an entire day and only went up EIGHT LEVELS
The sad reality is they only encouraged consistent returns. The midas lava event gave xp, avatar, star wars. Theoretically you could have done it in less than 24 hours, if you only played to complete the temporary challenges
Those events barely gave out anything, you could only get like 10 levels from all 3 of those collabs COMBINED
I saw another guy actually finish this challenge use some pretty creative exploits. I got to lvl 276-280 I belive. The lego xp glitch helped A LOT. I'm the only one out of my friends that got all the bonus rewards. I grinded so hard during our school's 2 week vacation because I wasn't going to be able to play anymore because i had upcoming AP tests.
It definitely is harder this season. I actually had too by tiers this season for the 1st time ever
It was so easy to get levels this season I’m at level 290 something. I didn’t buy tiers and stopped trying to gain exp after level 200

It was always on my mind that completing a set of daily challenges that gave you the bonus XP leveled you up at least once and another level for me practicing for 15 Minutes in The Pit Creative map. That was how I consistently leveled up for the past few years. Rocket Racing gave a similar amount of XP just by doing 6 of its daily challenges (Yes I play rocket racing but for the Battle pass XP) and since my Elimination XP and Playtime XP in The Pit started going downhill since last November, it was not really much of a big deal since I usually level up twice a day for my normal session (fulfilled by the BR dailies and Rocket Racing Dailies). Usually I would save about a week or two if I leveled up twice every day so some off days I usually dedicate it for other personal commitments such as school.
Towards the end of the season, I noticed how far back I was on the Battle pass XP so I started panic grinding for the Battle Pass XP (even playing the pit again even they gave me low elim and playtime xp as well as playing some Lego Fortnite which I have not touched in about months) so I was relieved when they turned on the Supercharged XP so I managed to reach Level 200 with about a week to spare. My main point is how low the XP gains are this season compared to past seasons, and given Epic's recent efforts to get us to spend a little more for V Bucks to buy more, overpriced items, and by extension battle pass levels, I was left very stressed and disappointed with how much more effort I have to put into the Battle Pass compared to other seasons.
This is actually possible, a UA-camr by the name of Perfect Score was able to pull it off in under 24 hours
Honestly the thing I’m mad about the most is the fact that they took several hundred vbucks out of the normal pass and into the bonus rewards

As I have only been playing since mid c5s1 and didnt care about battle pass then, this is actually very helpful. I never knew how much xp quests gave you.

They have made xp so, so much harder to get, in chapter 4 I wouldn’t even try to do quests and get level 300+, now I do every quest and can’t even reach the super styles
Yeah leveling up this season sucked bc didn’t play much besides completing weekly challenge I was a lower level than one of my friends that didn’t do most the challenge after completing all of them and ended the season on level 94

This is the only season where I had to buy tiers, I bought the level up pack (28 Levels) and then I bought 33 Levels.. I had to buy 61 levels, in previous seasons I would've been AT LEAST 60 levels over that by this point.
they have never made casual playing so unrewarding, last time i ever bought levels was to unlock CARNAGE in 2021.

Do you like...play one match once a week or something? Otherwise even playing for 2 hours a day on weekends you can finish the battle pass and the bonus rewards
If you do every quest and afk in lego fortnite a few times you can get tier 100 no packs bought, i was gonna buy the 28 level pack but epic restricted it on the least seasons day
I agree, the availability of XP is limited and unsatisfactory, but I made it well past 200 before the season was through. With Lego Fortnite, you get XP more from time spent in the game than individual quests, since there are so few. I like Lego Fortnite, so I play a couple hours a day every few days, so that granted me quite a few levels of the course of the season.

Reached 200 in like a week+ I think, the exp actually got progressively better then stopped working then returned way worse. Looking at this now I realize how annoying this could be.
Fr the lack of xp this season sucks my girlfriends xbox broke so i’ve been grinding her account to get her the vbucks she was like level 30 something when i started and i’ve been playing it off and on the past month or two and she’s still like 31 levels away from getting all the bonus vbucks its bullshit
I know its been forever since this season but I remember *struggling* to level up from 195 to 200 in 5ish days which is wild since I'd been playing almost daily and completing every quest. I was even forced to purchase the level up pack and I was still up all night grinding creative and idling in Lego. I barely got to unlock Hades's level 200 super style in time.
This season (C5S3) I'm gonna finish at around level 215+ so I'm glad they rebalanced XP. Hopefully it stays the same for C5S4.
i used and abused afk xp in lego mode in season 2, and unfortunately not even that method works in season 3 anymore, we're cooked 💀
You can get like 4 levels from Lego but it takes like 3 hours and creative you can play for like 2 hours and get like 4 levels to
dang so I wasn't tweaking when I thought it was INSANELY hard to finish the BP, I even completed all my quest and STILL only lvl 70, seriously Epic...
The snapshot type quests seem to be getting a lot harder every season. It used to be so much easier to do them, but now it's all kill this boss and kill that boss and the xp isn't worth it.
Every 15 minutes on Lego Fortnite gives you about 30K xp, worked last season for me
This is the only season where i did not reach level 100 since chapter 1 season 3, it was miserable trying to grind the game, and tbh i just gave up, i realized that i was just addicted to the rewards you'd get every level up and keeping the streak going which surprising took me years literally years to realize i am not evening having fun playing this game anymore
You could have played creative game's to level up and lego That's how i got to level 300 for playing creative and lego

In terms of the cosmetics what did you think of this season’s battle pass? I liked it. Also, 1 strategy I used to get to season level 200 fast is just doing a 3.5 hour Lego Fortnite session on a lot of different days because it gives 5 levels. It does have an AFK kick timer now though so, you have to move the character every ~14 minutes to avoid getting kicked.
ngl some of the skin designs were disappointing. especially compared to the survey version. Don’t like zues’ short hair edit style, but I do like cerberus, artemis, and hades.
it did have some of the best gliders and pickaxes from a battle pass ever

I only just got to level 200 this season and the xp amounts were driving me crazy, at least you tried to keep the challenge alive for another season.
I just barely got to level 100 this season. This was the first season in a long while in which I didn't reach level 200. Heck, I didn't even reach level 102. I usually don't play much, but I've spent around the same amount of time this season as the previous ones.
This is of course obvious, but Epic is doing it deliberately so you'll spend more time playing Fortnite. They've been doing it for a while, and we managed to get by. But all Epic really cares about is money. And when you're greedy, no amount of money will be enough.
So now, you're almost guaranteed to pay money if you want to unlock all the rewards, and do other things in your life at the same time...
Last season was the first one I haven't gotten all the bonus stuff. Just didn't feel like grinding for mediocre skins and the fact they cut the xp and locked stuff behind +150 levels is ridiculous

lego gives you a ton of it if you stay in the game but it takes approx 3 hours a day since it rewards you for about 3 hours 4 levels .
Something else to note, it's not 140 to get all the vbucks in the bonus either, the super styles start at tier 150 now, so not only is there less xp, you need more levels!!
I grinded this season like crazy. Level 257 atm. The best method is bot lobbies, but even that is super slow.

I was looking at the challenges that were 10K upon completion and I was at level 162 (due to Creative XP maps) with 12 days in the season to go and I was like "dang. This is gonna really come down to the wire...". I had to level up 5 levels per day just to unlock everything. I got to level 200 with 3 days to spare (the closest Ive ever been to not completing it). It was all thanks to XP creative maps.
I get where you’re coming from, but they had so many more quests at the start of the season for all the Midas stuff that they’ve now deleted because it’s over
It’s very interesting seeing the POV of the average player. I didn’t know they struggled in pubs that much, I have a 80% win rate in pubs and 10% in ranked. The skill gap in this game is wild.
I feel this, I can't even imagine if they decreased the amount of bp xp from stw, haven't been able to play that all season due to game lag. They really want people to grind every day now.
Save the world is the only viable way to get XP imo. Since it’s about to be the end of the season, most missions will give you 60K-80K XP

Im glad Im not the only one who caught this because my partner n I struggled to grind to get to level 200. We did all the quests and everything for BR, and we still came up short.
We ended up having to buy levels, so ik it was definitely a money tactic
this was the first season in 5 years i didn’t complete the battle pass. i think my time with this game is done
I was level 0 6 days before the end of that season, I completed every weekly challenge and every daily challenge over the course of 3 days. Maybe 6-12 hours each of those 3 days. I got to level 68, then spent $25 on levels 5 minutes before servers shut off. Did not like that. My fault for forgetting the game for a whole season but still
Edit: I also did all the story challenges and any/all other misc challenges, including 2 challenges in lego, but didnt do any non br challenges outside of that. It was a literal grind, lots of effort. I ended up with a lil over 200 kills, 9 wins 6 of which were crowned.
What's even worse is that unless you get to level 151, you wont have the basic styles/sets for each skin completed, which is completely bs

Dude I haven’t had this much trouble getting levels in so long, I didn’t get 200 this season. I grinded so much and only missed like 7 quests but I don’t think that would have even helped. I only got to level 109.
They still give you 1000 vbucks in the first 100 levels of the battlepass, so if you buy the pass with 950 vbucks, you still come out of it with the amount you paid plus 50 more. The bonus levels will grant you another 500 on top of what you paid. I think the original pass used to grant 1200 vbucks in total, so you are able to make an extra 300 if you do the first 3 pages of the bonus rewards. I mean yeah, I guess if you were expecting 1200 in the first 100 levels it isn't as good, but it is only like 22 levels beyond 100 to scoop up the other 500, so not terrible.

I hate the fact that epic nerfed the xp. Weeklies don't even grant you 1 level at all. Supercharged xp is also a joke at this point
