DJI told me that i need to send them device back. they can fix issue. but there is no DIY solutions. Sorry friend. Contact your local DJI dealer. it will be faster
I'm having the same issue, except it looks more like my gimbal is possessed. It does the same thing, then a few seconds later, it continues to slam my phone back and forth repeatedly until i turn it off. Anyone having this same issue? I'm afraid its going to break my phone.
@@mediosvisuales5226 Try to tight the portrete / landscape orientation fixing screw. If this will not help - then it is hardware problem. - Only sending for repair to DJI service. Or throw away this "nice" gimbal in trash and buy other brand gimbal.

Or throw away this garbage in trash and buy other brand gimbal. "Nice" gimbal. DJI Osmo 1, 2 and 3 have this problem. And support do not answer what it is. They told to send gimbal to service. So this a mechanical problems. In other way they could make a new firmware with fixing this bug. The DJI's gimbals transforms into the garbage. The cheaper materials: from aluminium in 1st version to plastics in 2 and 3. The weak motors, weak plastic arms.
