Blending your effect pedals in parallel with each other or with your direct signal is a wonderful way to create unique and epic tones. Think of the sounds you could unlock simply by blending and mixing the effects you already have.
TheGigRig WetterBox allows you to :
    - Plug in any 2 effects and blend them in parallel
    - Blend in an effect in parallel with your direct signal
    - Do this in real time with an expression pedal
    - Control loop level with independent gain controls on each loop
    - Flip the phase on the return of LOOP B to be able to deal with any phase issues
    - Mix mono and stereo effects with True stereo signal path using TRS cables
    - Use 2 separate modes of operation, BLEND (crossfade from loop A to loop B) or MIX (add loop B to Loop A)
    - Internal voltage doubling compatible with guitar level or amp fx loop level
    - Internally isolated power
    - True Bypass or Buffered Spillover bypass
    - Control the bypass state remotely with any latching switch
    - 100% analog signal path
    - TheGigRig OptoKick footswitch
With its 100% analog signal path, rugged construction, incredible audio quality and TheGigRig OptoKick footswitch the WetterBox will help you explore what's possible with parallel effects mixing.
Just imagine what you could do with it

I love parallel mixing an envelope filter and chorus. The two effects change the frequency response of your guitar signal and maybe not for the best in series operation, but in parallel, rather in a Wetter Box, it’s heavenly.

thank you keeley. but with this pedal we can mix any pedal. this is amazing, it's very special. and I will not stop dreaming of having this pedal one day

This feels like it is something that could have been done before but it offers so many sound options that it was too scary to actually make. It makes any 3 normal pedals into an almost infinitely complex unit. Dan has unlocked Pandora's effects box. Sounds amazing.

Splitter/mixer units are wonderful things. I've been using them for over 30 years. I thank Craig Anderton for introducing me and many others to parallel processing. More and more devices are permitting, and encouraging, musicians to think about their sound in a manner that used to be reserved for post-production engineers.
In tandem with an expression pedal, the Wetter makes possible panning/morphing from sum to difference outputs of those modulation pedals that provide such outputs, as well as fading in (or out) wet signal from those pedals that provide separate wet and dry outputs.
As a suggestion, consider using it for comparing pedals in future TPS episodes. One of you plays, while the other one pans between pedals, without interrupting the playing. That could make for more useful comparison. Notsomuch to pronounce THIS better than THAT, but to be able to draw attention to how THIS is *different* or does differently than THAT. For instance, some modulation pedals will allow for different LFO waveforms. So much easier and clearer to morph from triangle to sine, or triangle to ramp, than to stop, re-adjust and start again. Of course, you'd need two of the same pedal to do that, but I'm sure that can be arranged.
Smart functional little unit, and fun seeing all the pedal-maker "cameos". Nicely done.

This is awesome! I’ve been messing with overdrive pedals for an age, trying to get the tone and sustain I want, and always I’m thinking ‘If I could get the smooth sustain from
this pedal, and the gritty bite from this pedal, I’d have just what I want.’ If I’m right, this pedal is going to allow me to do exactly that - set one OD for sustain, the other for bite, and have the two in parallel...?
This could revolutionise the way I create tone using pedals!

    Amazing!
I saw this on The Gig Rig site today, while I was checking out the ABY Baby. I thought it might be a practical joke, like Wampler's April Fool "Totally Buffed" - but no! Typical Aussie, naming it a "Wetter Box". We all know it isn't just about letterboxes ;) Shameless and proud of it.
Way Huge - you have some competition in the naughty names department! If us Kiwis had made it, we would call it the Weta Box.
All joking aside, there's so much you could do with this. I'm thinking OD & Muff (like Wampler's idea) blended DriveMuff...Muffdriver...mmmm....let me just ponder that for a while...
    I'm buying this.
