Introducing....Naked and Famous!
Levi's denim jeans are the most famous in the world...but they ain't never used no MILK in their jeans. I'm a fan of 501's and regular 100% cotton jeans any day of the week but when you bring in some fresh milk unfit for humans and spin it into a yarn, count me in big boy. These Naked and Famous milk denim jeans are raw denim AND selvedge AND lovely. The fit is weird guy and the size I ended up going with was 30 x 32, I obviously cuff me pants.
Anyways that's the who is who and the what is what. STAY TUNED! Also side note I think I'm going to do a video on what raw denim is soon...thoughts?

The gimmick which actually works for cooler feeling jeans are those with a portion of silk in the weft. I had gotten a pair from gustin with supposed 40% silk in the weft and also the gray pair with silk. Both are very soft and cool feeling. Also, pima cotton is great for cooling. The only drawback is that either makes the pants look a bit shiny to start off.
The 40% silk is too big for now but I like it so much that I plan on bringing them to a tailor... Someday.

I’m curious what kinda fades these give. I’m curious if it’s a white core or coloured core. My brother has a pair of N&F that has a rainbow core so they fade rainbow which are super cool
White core! They should fade just like regular jeans! Rainbow core is nuts though

The weft is what's 23% milk, that's why the outside does not feel as "silky"

How is naked and famous? I wear nudies cause im canadian but looking to expand my raw denim. I tried on naked & famous but 34 wouldn’t fit so I think I gotta order online

Would love to try some N&F jeans but those of us that are vertically gifted lose out because their inseams only go up to 32 as far as I can tell? And I'm not buying two pairs just to frankenstein one working pair. Unless they drop something REALLY cool.
EDIT: Whoops! I was wrong! Looks like the Groovy, Skinny and Super fits go up to 34" inseam. Now I might be in trouble.
Also, shout out strawberry milk! It doesn't get enough love.
Idk how I didn't see this but YES they have some 34" inseams!

Majority of my raw denim is Naked and Famous. For some reason all of them fit vastly different for the same "fit"

@@TheIronSnail I think it's the difference between the fabrics that makes the cut feel off. Especially after a wash. I have the Kihon stretch, fuzzy selvedge, and 11oz neppy pairs, all in weird guy. I'm willing to bet your milk thread pair would be most like the fuzzies just because the weave is tighter.
