I read the comments because it was interesting and strikes me that even I can answer some queries. Yes kiln bricks are stronger. This video is in Asia. He made mud bricks which are okay in our climate as it's not freezing. Yes the bricks are clay and sundried bug when building there needs to be protection from rain because they can be eroded. They are easy enough to patch. In Australia we call them mudbrick houses. You are probably right he got help as they usually work as a community and build as a team at least the Balinese but I think Thai and Malay also.the other thing is... I don't think I've ever seen any dirty. Not even an elephant driver. I have no idea how they stay so clean but maybe you are right and it's a complete fake. The answer to the person about the yellow soil it's clay.

Yeah, it may not be 100% authentic, but it is really awesome. The making of the "mashed potatoes" put a smile on my face. You cannot get creamy mashed potatoes just by crushing them. You would need, butter, or milk, in order to make them that creamy. But overall, the smoked eel, the stewed vegetables, the creamy mashed potatoes: I was getting very hungry just watching him prepare everything. Two thumbs up and hats off to you, buddy!

In my country, people build cabins in the woods or they build shelters for emergencies, but they’re large structures and their usually filled with a lot of modern conveniences I believe that a time will come where we will need shelters that war or a natural disaster causes people to leave their comfortable homes and live more remotely I am 69 years old and I hope I’m not alive when that time comes because I don’t think I could do what is necessary to survive in that time but I hope that my grandchildren will be prepared for it. Also in my country, I can’t imagine people eating eel. I’m sure some Survivors Will eat what they can catch what they can grow what is available but I know that that would be very difficult for me. my only concern with this video and others like it, is they never show/explain how they strengthen the ceiling/roof so that it doesn't collapse on them. Maybe that's not a concern where they are, but if anyone tried that around where I live that roof would be falling on on them in no time.

This young man is awesome! His location says USA but he looks overseas. And all he has done is possible! I remember making mud pies but they never held anything together with water only!

Keep in mind, a lot of these "Primative build" channels put up the front of it being one lone man, but off camera there's a small team who are helping. So don't believe everything you see.

In my country, people build cabins in the woods or they build shelters for emergencies, but they’re large structures and their usually filled with a lot of modern conveniences I believe that a time will come where we will need shelters that war or a natural disaster causes people to leave their comfortable homes and live more remotely I am 69 years old and I hope I’m not alive when that time comes because I don’t think I could do what is necessary to survive in that time but I hope that my grandchildren will be prepared for it. Also in my country, I can’t imagine people eating eel. I’m sure some Survivors Will eat what they can catch what they can grow what is available but I know that that would be very difficult for me. my only concern with this video and others like it, is they never show/explain how they strengthen the ceiling/roof so that it doesn't collapse on them. Maybe that's not a concern where they are, but if anyone tried that around where I live that roof would be falling on on them in no time.
