About drowning:
Some studies indicate that a person can drown in 1 milliliter of fluid for every kilogram they weigh. So, a person weighing around 140 pounds (63.5 kg) could drown after inhaling only a quarter cup of water.
That’s basically just if it’s a puddle that you’re asleep in though. Lung capacity in women is only about 4L and you need nowhere near 100% full lungs to drown so maybe it’d be enough to drown?
