Oh wonderful. You'll have a great time!! We haven't eaten out much there tbh. But Takiang Restaurant for seafood and Pam's Restaurant for Thai and some western dishes are both supposed to be great! Have fun! 🙏

Me and my wife are going to Sentido Khao Lak Resort in Aug is there any elephant experience places you could name you would recommend where you saw the locals have the welfare as priority please?
You'll love Khao Lak!
Look up Phang Nga Elephant Park. They have a focus on animal welfare and sustainable practices.
@@DaniandMikeNZ Thankyou
Just booked laguna Resort khao lak, any tips on restaurants and bars would be much appreciated, also I'm assuming the elephants were in khao lak .
You're in a great spot there. So convenient to town.
We ate mostly on our resort during this trip. We'll have more food recommendations for our upcoming Bangkok and Hua Hin series.
That said, there are heaps of popular options around your resort. A 5 minute walk down the beach you'll find the popular Coco's Beachbar, and just across the road from Laguna you have the highly rated Gold Elephant! Let us know how you get on 😊
Oh, and the Elephants were part of our Khao Sok excursion. It's about a 50 minute drive from Khao Lak centre.
We booked it in the KL town centre and the tour operators picked us up from our Hotel 😊
Thanks for the information ' do you remember the prices of the elephant excursion. Also do they take cards or cash .would be good to no .thanks
@@waynenewcombe7434 prices at reputable operators range from around £50 gbp to £75 and may include some other activities like rafting. You can often haggle as they may initially try to overcharge. Most places take cash, some card.
But you can prebook with card on-line via a quick earch on Google
Thank you for the response much appreciated
Have you been? Did we miss anything? Tell us what you think!
