Kayak Fishing - Winter Mackerel - A Real Treat - Catch and Cook

Fishing for Mackerel in the winter is a real treat and something I like to do each year so I set out in February to see if I can catch a few for the dinner table. The video shows the catching, cleaning, preparing, and cooking of the Mackerel in two different ways. Sometimes the best recipes for Mackerel are the simple ones and in this video, I simply bake a Mackerel and smoke some fillets.
