Tactical Masterclass: 1-3-4-3 Formation with Coach Conor

Coach Conor explains the tactical system he plays with his 11v11 teams. He says "The main reason I enjoy using the system is to allow more freedom in the attacking half of the field. The majority of teams we come up against play with a flat back 4 and we play with 3, giving us the ability to play with more numbers when attacking." In the video he explains how they play out of the back, what they look like in possession and how they defend out of possession.
