I pre-ordered this AI assistant and I believe that it is not going to be everything they promised. Social Media: Instagram : ... Facebook : / itsstorminno Tiktok : www.tiktok.com...
Honestly the AI vision function is enough for me cause I’m partly blind. A dedicated “seeing AI” device separate from my phone is actually something I’ve always wanted. The personal note taking Google-expert assistant type functionality is #2 and the promise of teach mode is #3. I’m confident it will confirm before purchasing stuff so I’m not really worried. And if Siri manages to do the same thing, they will compete with each other.
In the case of partially blind/blind people I belive it's actually extremely useful and of course the bigger the competition the faster the innovation which are great news for consumers.
My impression is that is stores creds and uses the LAM vs an API. Example I saw given was: Spotify doesn't have an API anymore and the r1 using a LAM to interact with it. The con of that being, every site/action you want it to interact with would be a LAM has to be trained on first. Can you train those yourself or you at the mercy of the company training all those?
I would call it junk botnet, just keep it in the drawer... [Dumb Terminal] -> { fluff } -> { cloud } -> [ Some services on their private cloud, running open source AI models ]
If it's anything like the pin it will be a beautiful piece of fun junk

I strongly wish that we will be able to train ourselves but we will see.
