@@SnarkyBullet thanks brother 🙏🏽. the car as of rn is 100% stock with a turn from my friend. but i’ve started building a turbo kit for it & my brothers as well last year. the manifolds are done just waiting until time gets warmer to finish it up. so lot of content will be dropping finishing up the cars 🙂.

Saabs are nice cars to drive , stepping on it making the turbo turnthe car to the right . Such a good feeling . I have a slightly bigger motor than this . And also a v6 turbo

you can daily it with no problem if you want i don’t daily it but i’ve daily other 2.8 before and the mpg all depends how u drive tbh haha. if your someone like me who everybody pics race with when they see the car then your mpg will be sh*t. but if you drive normal you’ll be golden 🤘🏽

@@prolificbuilds no it’s not that many ppl use the Kelly blue book and most of them know nothing about saab I saw a 2008 2.0T for 8k with high mileage and not taken care exterior then a dealer had a 08 aero for 6.5k with salvage title and auto, really got lucky with my 2005 Saab aero doe

@@user-nr5wz3kd2d with less restrictions in the exhaust system the rpms does get a longer range. The car is tuned so performance is better than stock.
That was both an exhaust upgrade and a weight reduction. Does it still have the resornator?
for now it does. im going to make a full exhaust for the big turbo soon

They are very very good engines and can take a good amount of power stock. And they are very quick in stock form.

Only mod i have atm is a collins twin piston dump valve. Loud as hell. With the stock recirc valve blocked off of course

install a lsd and slap some radials on it and you’ll be good to go unless your pushing 500+ hp then you’d better off get a xwd 🤣

did it drone at all on the highway? I really want to add a little volume to my Aero but I also daily it and take it on road trips.
at the time it still had a resonator so it didn’t drone much or wasn’t annoying.

the muffler set up is different on both cars haha. the way the resonator is designed plays a roll in the sound.

Some saabs are very economic to drive . Example the 93 1,9 TTID 180bhp diesel from 2011 is going 50 miles atleast ona gallon if you drive it nicely .

They all sound like that at idle and it doesn't raise the misfire counter so it ain't misfiring
