Been looking into a Saab again and deff gotta find one of these with the 6 speed. Deff good to know you are a enthusiasts and have awesome kits like this. Now the only real hard part is getting the charge pipe mocked up.
Also maybe will sale come a list of other items needed and brand/part numbers. Fuel pump. Injectors. Etc. This was a noob like me has a clear path to really getting the most out of the kit and car when installed and dialed in. Thank you.
There's nothing wrong with the chains, it's the people driving the car that's the problem. These engines like to drink oil, and people wait too long between services, so they end up driving round with low oil which starves the chains and chain tensioners, they get too hot and then stretch. Change your oil and filter every 6 months plus keep an eye on your oil level in between changes and your chains won't ever become a problem
@Kabuto420 hi there. I dont supply the kit myself anymore. But check out scanifab Facebook page. Between scanifab and myself we can supply you a good starting kit with manifolds - turbo - downpipe and oil lines.
Hi. I no longer offer the kit I'm afraid due to lack of demand. However my friend can make manifolds and I am happy to supply a turbo. My friends work can be found on Facebook. The page is called scanifab. You will see examples of his work on the page. Thanks.
Hi there. I dont have a website or anything. Private individual. I have refrained from advertising on eBay due to severe seller fees on such an item. You can find me on Facebook groups like - the 2.8 alliance- saab tuner performance- vectra vxr owners etc. Gary anderson
I have one in the UK @ 427bhp (crank estimate, 340 at the wheels through an auto-box) which is on a stock lump, but I met a guy at a show in Florida once upon a time who's was at 424whp (ie at the wheels, so crank power would be around 530bhp). This had all sorts of bolt on mods but still on a factory engine. Someone I knew threw a rod through the block in one with a big Holset, but that was apparently down to a low rpm torque spike cos of questionable mapping. Solid engines these are. Literally just bolt on a big turbo, injectors, downpipe and a cheap ebay intercooler and you're good to go.
@@geeteebloke1979 I've heard some stuff about the vaux guys having issues over 350bhp but I don't know if this is down to mapping for you guys? Are the z28net's and b284r's identical in every way? Mine has been this way for nearly two years now and I beat the shit out of it on the road constantly and other than consumables (plugs, coils, sensors etc) it's been problem free. Aside from the new issue of course where a "quick spin with a mate" now costs £30 in v-power

Do you sell the collector separately
What size is the banjo bolt to the feed line?

No change of the crankshaft or pistons or connecting rods would be needed?
Upgrade your valve springs & go twin disc clutch. Internals are forged
Hi is there a reference for an reinforced engine chain on the z28net coz from my knowledge there are some weaknesses on the original one
Thank you

What would need to be done to the engine would it need to be forged?
