      Just a couple more days and I'll start setting everything on it up for the Lampang Thai Enduro in October. Need to have everything set up so I can have time to get the feel of everything on it. I'll be shooting some footage of all the things I'm doing to it to prep it for the race....

      We stopped at a roadside market that was just getting set up and the ladies all wanted their pictures taken, so I took them and thought why not just put them in the video. The little gal that made my Thai Tea for me is named Gee, I met her there years ago and she always jokes with me when I stop for one of her green tea drinks. They taste excellent and she always has a smile....

      I've had mine now for almost four years and for some reason can't stop changing things out on it. The bike is so much fun to ride and now that we are going to ride a pair of them in a Thai Enduro, which I don't believe has been done before, it's going to really show what these bikes can really do if set up correctly.... I think....🤔

      @@JerryH-z3b We are currently getting prepared to start a 5 day, 4 night adventure ride in the Northern part of Thailand from Chiang Mai to the Golden Triangle up by Chiang Rai and then back down South along the mighty Mekong River and back to Chiang Mai. This is Thursday evening here and we leave at 8:00 on Monday. I'm editing the entro video to that adventure now, should have it up by Saturday our time. Then it will be a couple weeks before the next video hits as we will be on the ride. Should be another 5 videos from the ride to go with this entry video. That is my everyday driver. I go all over on it, but it will be doing a different chore for the next two months and that is to get it set up for the Thai Enduro at Lampang. Once it is completely set up, then the rides will start to get me used to what it will be able to do and what it won't be able to do so I can go to the Enduro with confidence.

    • @TheExistentialVegan

      May I ask when and where the Enduro is taking place? I've always wondered how the 125 would do in an Enduro. Thanks. 😊

      @@TheExistentialVegan The enduro is in Lampang, Thailand and is October 6. Lampang is about 100 Kilometers South of where I live and I rode in it last year on my Yamaha WR 155R. The tight terrain made it difficult for me to turn the way to heavy Yamaha without tipping over so I got overheated and it zapped my strength lifting that almost 300 pound bike up. I believe the much lighter and shorter Honda CT will be a better bike for that terrain and me. It will be interesting anyway and I'll be doing several videos on setting up the bike and then of course, the enduro itself.....

    have you looked at the Shinko SR 241 i love mine they work good on wet dry and good in mud and sand. the only trouble is they don't seem to last but about 2500 miles on road.

    • @TeamDNFracing
      @TeamDNFracing  2 місяці тому +1

      My first thought on your question is "Why would I want a set of Shinko SR 241 tires to go ride in a Thai Enduro"? Not to be sarcastic, but those tires are very similar to the IRC and Vee-Rubber tires we can get here in Thailand and we run the Vee-Rubber tires on our bikes now for everyday use. They work very well on most every surface except, rocky, tree roots and rutted trails. We need a full on knobby tire and that is what the Camel Moto Cross tire is. We've done extensive tire testing the past four years on our Honda CT's and if all you are going to ride is pavement, then the stock IRC tire that comes with the bike is as good as any tire out there. If you want to ride pavement and off road, we have found the Vee-Rubber tires work the best on all conditions and will last longer than the IRC with the same tread pattern which is the same as the Shinko tires pattern. Thanks for the comment, but I need a tire that works extremely good Offroad, and the Camel Motocross knobby tire does that very well. I set the pressure at 10 PSI for competition with these and it flexes and bites exactly the way I need it to. The Shinko, just won't bite like a full knobby tire does.....

  • @bigal9052

    i buy Shinko tires for everything just saying

    • @TeamDNFracing
      @TeamDNFracing  2 місяці тому

      Have not been able to get those here in Thailand and I believe the SR 241 is similar to the Vee-Rubber tires that we run on the CT's as our daily tires. For this enduro, we definitely need a good knobby tire front and rear for it. Very pleased with how the Camel MX has performed so far....
