- This sort of cheating is a big problem in Battlefield 1 and needs sorting.
Most of my videos focus on Battlefield guides, gameplay and Top Plays but in this case I had to show people the evidence that people are cheating.

Agreed I usually get banned on bf4 for being good at the game.... also my friends and I found a hacker on one of the dlc maps running a uts15 sniping people with buckshot and no attachments and he 1shots people across the map with the uts15 and dice didn't do shit about him but they banned me instead of him sadly

Vote kick gets abused more than actual hacking. It ends up hurting the better players, or players who are unpopular with the mob. There's a reason it's not common issue in FPS games.

People don't realize that WW1 had a weapon deadlier than tanks, machine guns, or gas. It was hacking. Some guns during the late stages of the war were even equipped with aimbots.

I've seen 2 so far that I could outright tell. 1 was flying around as an invisible person killing everyone on the server and switching teams. It said I was killed with CQC_Ammo. The other was an aimbot. He was killing players from across the desert with LMG, headshots only from the hip and constant spotting, and would switch teams and repeat before fairfight got him. The first one I mentioned happened on a day a few months ago when fairfight was down.
No votekick please. I'm tired of being kicked from BF4 servers for KD or hackusations from badmins.
Hackers in BF1 are such a rare sight for me that I'll gladly take not being able to kick them the rare occasions I find them for a better user experience for me.

Deliverygirl I'm with you on that. hacking does happen but its not very common and getting kicked because you are skilled or because of their lack of skill is annoying. I'm not the best player out there but if you are better than me I'm not going to call hacks for my inability to adapt.
AKA-ART voting for anything in a game is a shit idea. look how great (sarcasm) vote map has turned out. now we play the same 4 or 5 maps all day long. vote kick will give noobs the power to kick people who are not even cheating but either just very good at the game or just having an unusually good run. nope. its up to developers to come up with decent anti-cheat programs and update them regularly. or go after the hack selling sites legally and shut em down.

Sometimes that might be the case but also he may have been trolling... I'm more interested in actual admins chosen by DICE to review players that have been reported on a regular basis. Get the community to monitor their game.
Unfortunately the server stated him as online admin like, "admin X is online". I wish it was a troll though :). To solve the general problem, I believe DICE doesn't care too much about the reports, its a firm, and of course their first aim is to make profit. They only look for the number of people playing the game. Even in the case above, people didnt leave the server, they kept playing it :). DICE should lose some money because of hackers :)), only then it will look as a concern for them. How to make them lose money? Well, I'm not sure.

It's 2021 and this game is dead on PC. I have returned to BF1 after a one year break, and after a few hours I uninstalled it. There's no place for regular players any more, all matches are full of cheaters on both sides, and the team that has more / better hacks wins. It's not funny to be magically revived and teleported after you get killed by a rage hacker at spawn point, just to be killed again through the wall. I'm so happy I haven't bought BF2042, it's barely out of beta and there are already hacks for it out in the open.

I played a couple of matches today and it was unplayable. Cheaters n hackers everywhere. You know when the match is over and ppl have between 70 - 90 kills that something is not right.
It's a shame really, because BF1 was hell of a game.

Hello, just wanted to let you know. This is not actually a bot. This is a computer that's training a neural net to play as a player. It's really easy for them to compensate for the bullet spread but it's very hard for them to be able to navigate the map properly and understand chokepoints. I'm actually doing a project similar to this for my senior paper in college. I'm using battlefield 2 though.
Edit: Wow actually looking through the video I think it's actually using audio for player position acquisition rather than any wall hacks. As you can see it's confused sometimes by sound reflections (footsteps bouncing off of walls and such) and shoots friendly players or looks at the players' feet as it's a sound source. Definitely behaves like a more advanced version of my network currently. Especially considering I didn't incorporate sound yet.

Peter Huang unfortunately some are subtle these days and must be spectated to confirm hacks often once this is done and their cover is blown they will leave the server to avoid being reported. Then again some dont care how obvious they are and kill the server.

This isn't new to Asian servers at all. You can always spot 2 or 3 hackers in the same Asian conquest server. At least one or two of them blatantly hacks(aimbot with elite class armor). I'm not exaggerating. Everyone who's skeptical about the previous claim can pick any Asian server during its peak hours. There's no harm for just spectating. Go. Try for yourself.
AND, why do you westerners find so many Asian players joining out of region? Why did DICE decide to build a ping wall in the Spring Patch?

There was one game I was in where a player had a cheat that made their character model invisible, so they were just a floating machine gun walking around. As a result, they had over 200 kills and not a single death on the scoreboard. The cheating was so blatantly obvious, I can only imagine they had absolutely no fear of reprecussions.

Pretty much everyone person I've known to hack has been set to do so by there uncle or is some guy obsessed with technology and is a trash gamer who can't even compete in modern games and loves classic arcade games. Top tip for spotting a hacker. Normal players do not stare at walls. It makes no sense. The enemy isn't there. Hackers on the other hand can't help but stare at the chams through the walls.

It's stupid easy to get a trainer on battlefield games. I had on for BF4 it allowed the unlocking of all non dlc/assignment items, it had your usual aim bot, triggerbot, multiple levels of esp, can alert you to people spectating you, among the other usual stuff. It had some fun crap like make the map night, snaking along the ground, exorcist mode(it forced your character into a crawl with only melee, big jumps too) But it's appeal ran out in online, just not fun to always destroy, so now it's reserved for private matches with friends.

DICE should put a big text to the intro loading screen:
*"Cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in the invalidation of your game key, with no refunds."*
Tell me that wouldn't deter at least SOME of these everyday Joes from cheating. The worry of losing their $50-$110 cost of the game.
It would act as deterrent even if there is nothing behind it, no update to the anti-cheat system etc. A second line could explain it a bit further:
_"Any player can report a cheating player and submit to us a recording of said player in spectator mode. We continually examine these recordings, and if they prove evidence, we proceed to permanently ban the account"._

I really don't find this problem on console though, I have yet to see any hacker on PS4 and I'm lvl 80, and I hardly ever saw any hackers on say BF3 and I am C78. I have seen a max of 3 hackers on BF3 with days spent playing it. Maybe I'm just lucky though lol

He was so good at the game that he unlocked "Aimbot" for every weapon.
This really feels like its a 100% an AI bot, the movement, the targets it picks, when it engages. Even a hacker controlling the character wouldn't move like this. A player controlled hacker wouldn't just run through an easily avoidable flame, or run at a tank to kill a proned player.

Put about 700 hours into BF4, and have yet to see a 'legitimate' hacker, mainly glitchers, really good players and shitty netcode (in the early days). My nephew played the same game on PS4, and _everyone_ was a "hacker" because he would get outplayed. Even after 4-years, revisiting still doesn't give off the impression that "there are no legit players left."
I feel like I see this a lot, and I need to bring attention to it. This is not "hacking". He would be hacking if he manually got into the system and changed things to make him better. This man is using a cheat system, made by someone else.

Spawn killing is fairly commonplace too. One guy stabbed 6 spawning players before they shot him. It's obvious the producers are not concerned so cheating and spawn killing will go on.
I remember back in the early days of gaming, hacks we're not as well known so whenever you accused some the entire community would immediately burn u at the stake. Now a days people are more suspicious and slower to defend some1. And rightfully so. Once you learn how EASY and ACCESSIBLE hacks are u start to question things.
Being a console player, I have experienced a couple dubious individuals on our local servers that I should go and spectate, and that I really suspect of hacking, yet they post videos of being exceptionally good at the game, but they carry the average skills like any other human being. Its really miserable when some people spoil the game for others. I would most certainly call this hacking. Primarily the headshots, and not playing with his squad would generally result in a higher death toll also... and I'm definitely calling a case of wall hacking also. At the point of this video, at precisely 06:02 mins, he shoots through a wall, killing an enemy player that he cant even see or aim at. Check it out. Thanks to the uploader for exposing the hacker. Dice have not put an in-game report function either, which is no good. On ps4 there is no report option whatsoever. The most you can do, is report a player for having an offensive emblem. This is of no use. I also don't have time for bs hackers , the best thing you can do is all leave the server and join a new one excluding the hacker unfortunately.
They really need a proper scanning system in their anti-cheat software. Because as far as I know, the current one is only based on stats, timing and so on. Another idea would be some kind of "anti-cheat department" that checks every case, since results of a machine that got checked by a human deliver the best overall relsults. That way, they would get most cheaters but also not ban innocent people. And considering the amount of money they probably got from BF1, the costs would be literally peanuts.

How can you tell he's cheating?
1 - His crosshair placement. When he is moving around the map he often puts his crosshair at foot level. This is a noob thing to do.
2 - He is using a controller
3 - Despite being a complete noob (and nobody) he suddenly gets spurts of unreal gamesense knowing exactly where people are
4 - 1 shot headshots with an lmg

i love it when the hackers run away from a vehicle lmao, you have the power to kill anything in one shot but choose not to do it to vehicles because it would be too obvious?
When you spot a hacker and everyone's telling you you just suck at the game because those kids heard it many times before when they accused innocent people.
I probably played in a round with a modder before but I gotta say I didn't notice it. Some people did have very high k/d but so had I on plenty occasions. I do hope they find a way to get rid of more cheaters, what is the fun in playing against someone who can't even play fairly.
Bajtjr modders and hackers are 2 different things. Hackers are people like you see in this video. Modders will mod a server/person to give the game a twist.
I like the idea of not banning hackers but instead putting them in dedicated hacker lobbies.
Who ever has the best hacks wins then the game truly becomes pay to win.
They want to play with unfair advantage, then they will have to learn to play with others who do the same.

44 year original gamer. I play the right way and always have. From Pong to Legend of Zelda's to Dark Souls. In BF1, I earn my top 10's and best Medic or Support player is my goal every match. Very good KD. Ultimate team player. Not the GOAT, but can hang with the best. I have a satisfied feeling after every BF1 match because I know I earned what I got whether good or bad (and sometimes I get wrecked).
