An archway to the north leads to the dining room with its leaded glass arched window and wall sconces. To the west a kitchen peninsula allows you to visit with your favorite chef. This open concept living allows easy living and entertaining that feature garden views and flows out to the screened porch. The perfect blending of indoor and outdoor living our near perfect climate invites.
The kitchen is an efficient U shape with platinum blond custom cabinets and granite countertops. It has a south facing window and a pocket door to the north that leads to a pantry laundry area with another door directly to the carport ideal for off-loading groceries.

Buy in Mexico at US prices WOO-HOO!!!!!
It depends on where you are in the US. People in more expensive states will think this is a bargain. If you live in a more rural, inexpensive area it probably would seem higher. Lake Chapala is hands down my preference for a place to live (climate, community, color!!!) over anywhere in the US. But isn't it nice that we all get to choose where we live and what we want to spend?

How much are the Hoa fees?
It looks like they are $190 USD per month.
