Suga Sean just became my favorite MMA fighter, just alone on the fact that he worked in a group home. He knows man. I worked at one for 7 years, you really don't make much money for everything you gotta do. Mad respect to him for that: it's a job you really do for the love and enjoyment, definitely not the money

Ever since his debut on the Contender, he's tailored his image as a fighter to be that rising star on his way to a title. They're just mad it worked.

I love Suga but I think people don't give Aljo the credit he has earned. I honestly think it would be tough for Suga to beat him.
Too many so called "fans" today are very casual fans so don't really know any history of fighter's just whatever they see on ESPN or wikipedia which neither can teach you the same way watching all the fights not just 1 or 2 and of course they see the 1 fight where he wins the belt via DQ and they never go watch his other fights where he's showing all his skills and dominance. Great for the money for the most popular fighters as far as the big money over promoted fighters go but they will never respect that grind real fans watched every second of every fight even the fight night undercard type fights. All that said Aljo is a very talented fighter and really underappreciated but if you know you know if your casual you will never truly understand...
