This is not about cutting multiple objects. Its still a single object.
instead of reconstructing it, you could just explode it and use solid inspector plugin (free) to clear out all the internal faces. it takes much less time to do.

To save everyone 13 minutes. The solution here is to rebuild your entire model without using groups and then subtract
Sory but after all this i just wonder ''TIMES NINE COPY'' :) how u manage that?
after ctrl+moving something, if you type *9 (or any number you want) it will make 9 copies of that object in the same direction and distance

@@kmimarlik the same with /9, you can divide. you can also do the same with the rotate tool, copy rotate with ctrl+rotate and use x9 or /9
