I don't get the 4th normal form. Multi valued dependency cannot create an anomaly , since all are non key attribute and all are dependent on primary key.

**violation of primary key constraint 'pk_emp' cannot enter duplicate key............
So for doing/testing it in pratical i started creating a table
create table emply_data (
Emp_id int identity (1, 1) primary key,
Qualification varchar (max),
Age int
)
In that sir when I am entering the value only qualification & age can be entered it is not accepting any no. or alphabet in emp_id..
That is my problem sir

In emp_id data type is INT so it will take only unique numbers. You can create composite Key i.e emp_Id+Qualification to make the uniqueness for the combination of emp_id and qualification
