Yeh lah, if Covid-19 never struck we will still be sticking to 8-5. I know some industries have to stick to timing, but there are certainly others no need to rush early morning everyone pack like canned sardines on public transport. The important thing is get the job done.

Like . Should have staggered timing long time back .
Staggered timing = staffs more refresh = more productivity .
Rigidity will only stifle creativity .
With increasing population , and people needing to wait a few times before able to get on train during peak hours . And also cramped condition during peak off-work hours . Staggered timing would be beneficial to all . Ensuring public transports are adequately spaced out - not too cramp - neither too empty . And employess will perform better without the additional stress .
