Hi Everyone!
Ever since I was a little girl, I have admired and loved Cavalier King Charlie’s Spaniels. I’ve been patient over the years waiting for perfect timing, and now my dream has come true! This is currently our daily routine together. I am no expert nor do I think I know more than others. I am still learning in this process, and so excited to start this adventure with Slater. Hi I just started watching your videos today and I love them! I also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Auggie. I’m a veterinary technician and when I watched you go over some dog food I couldn’t tell what all you are feeding Slater but please NEVER buy ANY dog food that is grain-free. As you already know Cavalier’s are notorious for heart conditions and there have been serious heart conditions linked to dogs being on grain-free food. Most people think that dogs are carnivores so that why they think that raw diets and grain-free foods are “higher quality” or “more natural” but that could not be any more false. I can tell you are an awesome momma to your fur babies and you may not be feeding your any of these types of diets but I also put this on here for your other fans/subscribers. 💖
My CKCS is Exactly the same age right now! So fun to watch another one doing the same things. We have the same lamb in her crate as well. However I would say my Sadie is much more of a jumper and that play pen wouldn’t hold her 😂

I know those may be very late. But thos vid brought me to tests. My first dog was a King Charles Cavalear Spaniel and she was the same colour as yours. Their faces are so similar. I wish you and your beautiful guy all the best. He is gorgeous they are such wonderful dogs.

This is the first video that I have seen of yours. My favorite has always been Herky the Cavalier. But...I really like yours too. Mya and Andy are a Vietnamese couple up in Canada...they invite you into their world and they love to connect with people. They also have an Instagram now. I think the two of you would enjoy connecting and sharing with each other. Please be sure to check it out and please keep doing these videos. My Cavalier is 13 1/2 years old by the name of Trina (Kattrina, Duchess of Alderwood). I used to have 2...my other one passed away 3 years ago. His name was Dusty...he was a Blenheim. I actually have the Spaniels as Emotional Support Dogs...but they have become my sweet little loves. Your baby will prove to be the biggest blessing that you ever had. Just in case...Cavaliers are way sensitive...have difficulty being alone. That is why I went for 2 of them. It actually was much easier for me. When I needed to go away for doctor's apts or whatever...they kept each other company. Just a little note of what Cavaliers are all about. I can see I will be able to learn alot from you. Thank You for Sharing. Have seen many different Cavalier videos recently. But.. would love it if you could please keep coming back. This World right now is so Topsy Turvy...many of us need an exit from this👭😇🐶💞
I just started watching your channel and I think Slater is the cutest pup. We are trying to find our first Cavalier, which has been difficult to say the least. I was wondering what was the brand of dog pen that your boyfriend had. I think it would be perfect for us. We are getting together all our supplies, since you never know when you will find your new family member.
What collar/harness size do/did you use for when Slater was 8 months old/when you got her? Because I feel like the harness and collar I have for my new puppy is too big, even though it is a XS-S (I haven’t gotten my puppy yet but I’m bringing him home in December, and would like to have a fitting collar/harness for him when we get him) ... my puppy was born, and is, the biggest out of all the puppies in the same litter (he’s a Cavalier as well and looks exactly like Slater actually)😄 thanks!❤️
