    Would it be better if you did a reverse method first before doing the waterfall incase the clog is from up top and not a bottom clog?

    don't do it, I bought the same cleaning solution from this company and did the same it blew my i3200 printhead... now i have to buy a new printhead ...

      Cleaning solutions don't blow printheads without most of it being user error. We've been using solutions for over 4yrs. Machine cannot be "on" when dealing with any liquids.
