On the vibrating table before the jaw crusher there should be a grizzly screen whereby the loose stone less than 10mm bypasses to a tertiary cone crusher seems their system is very different
In addition, safety equipment was not provided to this employee. Is this a death sentence? Unfortunately, everyone only looks at the stones. Without pity for the employee
I retired from my career in 1995 when I was 47 y.o. I remember having to spend half of a shift, 4 hours, donning PPE, then doing the job for perhaps 8 hours, and then another 4 hours undressing and frisking for personal contamination. Which is the more efficient employee / the more valuable employee? I was glad for my job.
That big one may have have fallen in if the feeder was up higher. No rock box / hopper on this set up.
Crushing rocks to make sand. It looks like there is already plenty of sand.
Might be some ore in it. Who knows, bad commentary
My guess is that desert sand does not have sharp edges so it is not good for construction. Crushed sand has sharp edges and binds better in concrete.
Need hydraulic hammer 🔨 😊
How about gaurds over the moving parts. All that loose clothing is just asking to git sucked into that belt and then its over.
It’s okay, he’s wearing his safety sandals.
