Also, I thank all the "works based salvation" preachers because It is through them that we believers know how the Gospel of Christ can be twisted and manipulated. Now, our faith is even stronger. Our present world is a clear example of Matthew 7 verse 13, 14. The majority of our world's population, be it people who call themselves Christians & yet don't believe or any other religion, follow a works based salvation path, and a minority believes in Jesus Christ of Nazareth for Eternal life. Not a single human, including me, deserves heaven, yet our gracious Heavenly father has given us the gift of salvation to all who BELIEVE in him for Eternal Life.

These are the consequences of ours sins. But someone who believes in Jesus Christ of Nazareth for Eternal Life will NEVER lose their gift of salvation.

Classic example of missing the forest for the trees. He locked in on one chapter, but you have to zoom out to see that Paul is making the case for man's guilt before God and the impossibility of being declared righteous by obeying the law.

It would seem that brother Young Don hasn't yet humbled himself to the Holy Spirit, our necessary teacher and guide into all truth, on his journey of discovery thereof; but, on the contrary, listening to him speak appears to suggest that he is exclusively both relying on and considering only his own efforts, with respect to his acquisition and knowledge of the truth; and, as a result, he has unavoidably both become prideful and remained estranged from the truth.
In order to remain humble, it is important to remember that the truth is always a gift that we receive from above.

I watched dons video a few days ago and opened the bible to see for myself. One chapter later my questions were answered.
You can't lose your salvation. You should just make certain you are saved. Ask for Jesus for forgivness though His blood, Living water springing up to eternal life and the Holy Spirit. These are very real and are witnesses on earth. Thans Onorato for the sound Word.

Young Don is the most interesting case. He is the only person I've seen go from free grace to lordship salvation. Although I dont think he ever believed. I was following Steven Anderson for almost 4 years before I grasped the free grace concept and knew I had eternal life today in Jesus.

@@hermansmikle6685 believing is simply trusting in the finished work of chirst..it’s about a change of mind that’s what repent means..all you have to do is put all your trust into what Jesus has already done to save you..he died for me and your sins …every single one of them your past present and future..all you have to do is believe that friend.. that’s it. FAITH in Jesus Christ and what He did for you at the cross (died for all our sins - past, present and future - in order to create a bridge back to the Holy Father). Keep it as simple as possible and don't listen to anyone who says that faith is not enough. They're prideful and need to feel that they themselves are contributing to their salvation. It is of the devil, plain and simple.
Listen only to those who teach "Free Grace" because that IS the truth and don't complicate it in your own head.

Once upon a time, work based salvationist told me that Paul speaking about salvation without “the Law” in Rom 3, simply means that we don’t need circumsition and sacrifise of lams anymore.
I asked him: If that’s so, why Paul said im Rom 2:15 that deads of the law are written in their hearts?

That guy was definitely wrong, and looking for a way to validate works salvation. Romans 3 is clearly talking about the moral law (10 commandments). It’s talking about the law showing us we are all sinners, because we have broken the law. All the world is guilty of this, and in need of trusting Christ as savior as the only solution.
Romans 3:19-20, “Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”

Coming back to this comment section. I have my own theology podcast and I talked about Don. When I saw he uploaded about his “turning from the law of Moses” I was so beyond excited, until I watched his videos again. He doesn’t believe the gospel. He just repackaged his same view with new lingo. Satan can’t come up with new tricks. I am really sad that he wants to be found in his own evil deeds on judgement day. He doesn’t want to be clothed with Christ. It’s so upsetting.

It’s not an “attempt”, it’s the 100% accurate english translation of our Lord and Savior’s name. I don’t speak greek, neither does Young Don or any of the other heavy pushers of it online. Why would you speak a language you don’t speak and can’t truly verify for yourself? It’s irrelevant what Jesus’s name is pronounced as or is in another language if you don’t speak it. And beside all that, it’s a smoke screen to bring in works salvation and preparing peoples hearts for the antichrist.

@@oswaldomontes1234you’re referring to Hebrews 10, right? That verse is not speaking about willfully sinning (all sin is willful sin btw) as in the day to day life to us gentiles, but to the Hebrews. It is speaking of going back to the old way of animal sacrifice, which is the sin that is being spoken of. Context matters friend.
The beginning of the chapter speaks of animal sacrifice

10 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.

This passage testifies, as indeed the truth is, that all are not good builders. God does not take away hope of salvation from the unskillful and foolish builders, which hold fast the foundation, which is Jesus Christ. But He adds an exception, that they must notwithstanding suffer this trial of their work, and also abide the loss of their vain labors.

Romans 2:1-5, Paul addresses the people whom he has in mind as self righteous hypocrites who falsely accuse others of wrongdoing as they themselves are also guilty of the same sins - Romans 2:1. In Romans 2:5 Paul addresses these people as having "hardness and impenitent" hearts. This is not a description of saved believers by faith alone apart from works, but this is Paul's description of self-righteous Pharisaical works based heretics who were under the delusion that their works would guarantee them into heaven.
In Romans 2:6-7, Paul is clearly making a hypothetical scenario that if man were to attain salvation by his works that he would have to follow and obey all of God's commands and principles in absolute FLAWLESS AND SINLESS PERFECTION. However, this is utterly impossible no matter how hard man tried. Christ was the ONLY person who was able to do that and He did.
Galatians 3:10-11, Galatians 3:25, Romans 3:20, Romans 3:28, Romans 4:2-6, Romans 9:32, Romans 10:4, Romans 11:6, Galatians 2:16, Galatians 2:21, Galatians ch. 3, Galatians 5:4, James 2:10, and Titus 3:5 show the human impossibility of Romans 2:6-7 and Romans 2:13 which many Lordship Salvation and all works based false gospel advocates embrace as the way to salvation.
Later, Paul refutes the errant belief where many works based heretics use Romans 2:6-13 in ISOLATION and out of context in an attempt to justify their works based false doctrine. Think about it. It makes no logical sense for Paul to teach that Romans 2:6-13 is the way to attain eternal life, but then teach something totally different in the later chapters of Romans and Galatians. Paul refutes that false doctrine in Romans 3:20, Romans 3:28, Romans 4:2-6, Romans 9:31-32, Romans 10:4, Romans 11:6, Galatians 2:16, Galatians 2:21, Galatians 3:6, Galatians 5:4, Ephesians 2:8-9, and Titus 3:5.
Lordshippers like John MacArthur will no doubt use Romans 2:6-7, Romans 2:13, Romans 12:2, Luke 8:6-7/Luke 8:13-14, 1 Corinthians 9:27, 2 Corinthians 5:16-17, 2 Corinthians 13:5, Philippians 2:12 along with James 2:14-26 in isolation and out of context to push their false teaching that salvation is attained by "faith + works", "faith that works", "faith that results in good works and a change in behavior, lifestyle, and turning from sins", "new desires", "giving up this or that", etc.
However, they fail to acknowledge the fact that we are justified positionally before God by FAITH ALONE apart from our works where we are no longer subject to eternal condemnation after we die and that we are justified before PEOPLE by our works.
Romans 2:13 - For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
Again, Lordship people will no doubt use this verse along with Romans 2:6-7 in their defense that following the law is a requirement to be saved. However, the apostle Paul is still speaking in the context of Romans 2:1-7 where he shows the utter impossibility of man attaining salvation by his works and that if man were to attain salvation by that way, that he would have to do and follow all of the Law/God's commands flawlessly in absolute sinless perfection which no one can do no matter how hard and dedicated they try - James 2:10.

The same people who say obedience is required would agree that they also do not perfectly keep the law. So my question to them is always, well then, how much? How much obedience is required to know we are saved? Because if you say obedience is required then there has to be a standard that must be met. We know that the standard is perfection. God will accept nothing less. Repent of trusting in your righteousness my friends and trust in the one who kept the law perfectly for those who will believe, Jesus Christ.
I’m confuse, When Jesus in the New Testament says if you love me keep my commandments aren’t we supposed to keep them? Not only that we have the literal SPIRIT OF GOD AKA THE HOLY SPIRIT helping you out?

@@Elija.D.Artist You could of quoted the next part which Paul says to believers who are actively fornicating, eating and getting drunk at the Lord's supper and celebrating sin. Paul still called them Saints and brothers in Christ. They were saved and Paul was simply making a comparison between what the world does and what we should do as believers.

The people that Jesus was addressing in these verses, weren't potentially saved!
Jesus, knowing their hearts, knew that they would continue to trust in their works to be saved,
rather than his blood atonement.
Jesus told them, flat out, that on the day of judgement, he would reject them, because they
were trusting in in THEIR works, instead of HIS "sacrifice for sin," and HIS "imputed righteousness,
for salvation.

for example, where it says "those who believeth in Jesus Christ"
they will say.... BUT IF YOU DON'T DO WORKS THEN YOU DON'T BELIEVETH IN JESUS CHRIST!"
