While playing this game for the first time last night, I had to listen to this station because I haven't burned CDs yet, but... I actually like Rise FM due to the fact I really like trance, dance, rave and house music for years. And I'm really enjoying this station.
I played this game so much that even now 20+ years later I could still probably find 80 to 90 of the hidden packages from memory... just don't ask me what I did 2 weeks ago on Tuesday... 🤷
The first time I got GTA 3, it was a used game and for some reason I couldn't listen to rise FM....I could, but then my game would freeze every 5 sec. Then I got a new version, Fucking AWESOME RISE FM!!!!!!

The cars were to easy to destroy but this is the only GTA where you can find a Trance radio station :)

U had Vacation and searched for all Packages in GTA III ahahahah 😉

I experienced the same problem, always while listening to Rise the game would eventually freeze. Interesting.
