For people that are torn, I'll just let you know that I started with the pixel 8 pro, went to the iPhone 15 promax, then to the s24 ultra.. and ended up back on the pixel 8 pro with absolutely zero regrets

I traded my 15 pro max and enjoying with my S24 ultra.
Whenever I hold S24 ultra I feel like a business man 😂.
Great video with a very informative breakdown of all three devices.
I'm still using the Pixel 8 Pro, primary SIM, and the s24 Ultra with my new line.
The only thing I refer the Pixel for is typing text/messenger and voice to text.
Between spending $180 for phones to trade in and $360 on installments I feel like I'm not over paying but I may cancel a family member's line in 3 months and make them take over the new line and move my SIM into the s24 Ultra.
The Samsung just does so many things I'm use to and prefer. I haven't used any AI things really, the circle search a few times.
I haven't even done a camera comparison, saving that for when I have my friends s23 Ultra.
Absolutely love the 24. I'll be using this as long as it works.

But I gotta say, just the shape and feel of it alone makes it worth it. I've hated curved edges since they became a thing.
Ive have all 3, but just recently sold the 15 pro since getting the s24u. The pixel is definitely the more comfortable phone to use, but ive been using the s24u since release and am really enjoying it
This is the first year that the samsung photo actually looks "pixel like". They finally toned down their colors, and the photos have a nice moody / contrasty look. Also, the shutter speed is MUCH improved. Ive been very happy with it

What is the reason to have 3 phones?
I have to respectfully disagree with the Samsung picture taking. I own the Samsung and Pixel and every time I take a picture the Pixel always kills Samsung. In my own testing, Sammy still have very oversaturated pictures and still has issues with motion like animals (this after the Feb patch). Otherwise the Samsung is a great phone.
Yes...I've always hated the Samsung photos. Just saying, this is the first year I don't hate them compared to the pixel

Hey Dave, great review. Im getting a new phone soon. I want a phone that suits my needs im looking at a budget to $100 to $200 in getting a phone that has the essentials, decent ram, decent memory, and perhaps an sd card. Any suggestions to you or anybody else in the comment section?

Great videos. Been someone who like using phone for everything, my phone serves as laptops . I went dor s24 ultra. Ordered it but haven't received it. Coming from note 20 ultra , tried my friends 25 pro max but it lacks a lot of features, tried my other friend pixel 7 but one ui has more features and to me when it comes to productivity, the spen is a must abd with ai in s24 ultra . I found s24 ultra as well rounded phone and use dex to watch movies or do more productivity jobs. I like that there are good competitions in smartphone this time cos it will make every manufacturer to do more. Wish samsung rounded their cameras with high megapixel lenses , ultra wide, 3x lens and front facing but from videos i watched they still one if the best rounded camera on a smartphones

It'd funny because I see why the IPhone is more easily usable for most people, but for me it'd really unintuitive in a lot of ways.
Things you should (and can on Android) easily do but just can't. I find it a bit annoying but it is overall a really good phone experience.

I spent weeks looking at what to get and went for the pixel 8 pro which was selling at £800 which i managed to knock down to £700 with christmas vouchers for Amazon.
I didn't want to get trapped in the micro climate of the I phone and the S24U was just way out of my price league as it's practically double the cost of a P8P.
This is the first phone i have bought out right over getting a monthly contract.
Still getting used to the setup and navigation after coming from a samsung A52s which was not a good phone with it pocket dialing the police and seemed to struggle running Amazon music and YT at times.
My main gripe is common with all ne phoned is the loss of the jack. I have some expensive Shure wired earphones, i prefer them because i struggle with earpods staying in my ear, they tend to keep popping out and hitting the deck when I'm out and about so had to get an adapter.
Bro, I love the content you put out but you need to fix your color grading. It’s quite faded or pale, even on the 4K quality setting. Great job man!

I've used all 3 of these phones as well and I will say the gap between them is so small. This is why it had gotten harder to decide which phone to buy. So my verdict is the s24 is the best phone out, but the iPhone fits most people's needs! The pixel is the most returned phone in my area. S24 ultra is the pixel/note combined with an s-pen tbh. Great review again, bro!

I'm switching right now between the S24 Ultra and the Pixel 8 Pro. You nailed it about the feel in the hand: this is important if you are a phone nerd and are constantly using your phone during the day. It should feel premium and pleasant to hold. That "pebble" design of the P8P really achieves that. The S24 Ultra really tempts me with the new anti-reflective screen tech. It's awesome to view outdoors. The cameras are both great, i watch so many camera reviews, and honestly, I can't tell the difference anymore between the cameras. I also have the Samsung and Pixel watches and the Pixel Buds 2 and the Galaxy buds. So when I switch, I also switch watches and buds to get the full ecosystems. In the end, the Pixel will probably win out. I don't really use the S Pen, I'm not a gamer, and the Pixel has extra features that really compliment my daily life more. Plus, getting the monthly feature drops just makes the Pixel gradually get better and better. First world problems!! 😮😂

I had the S24 Ultra and it's awesome, it was a bit large and hard on the hands for me personally even with a case so I'm currently toggling between the OnePlus 12 which I think is not only underrated, but maybe the best value in a phone for 2024 already and a pixel 8 pro. I'm sure I'll get bored of one, and end up with another S24 Ultra at some point but I feel like I have 2 amazing devices that I purchased for a combined price of the S24 Ultra 512 variant.
I had a pixel 6.loved Google experience. I know 8 pro is two generations later and got better but my pixel heating just uploading pictures on insta and autonomy made me switch to s24 ultra. Now I am waiting impatiently for the update. I didn’t cinsider iPhone because I don’t like how closed the system is

You're definitely getting better battery and camera out of the S24U! More stable frames in games at higher fidelity on the 24U also.... and.... The AI software features which I think are practically very useful but you may not necessarily need them! The 22U is still a really good phone overall!
Increased battery life and the anti reflective screen are amazing. I'm coming from the s21u. Couldn't recommend this phone enough.

i enjoyed the comparison..now you talked about the ai alot on the galaxy phone..do you know the fine print says samsung may start to charge for ai features in 2025? will that change your mind because the 8 pros ai is essentially free to use..plus we also got the circle to search that the ultra released with..i still believe google is above other companies in terms of ai features..if samsung phones didnt have the oneui and had less of a bloated system i would make that switch..

Been an apple fanboy my entire life. Have tried android but wasnt always the best experience. Recently I upgraded my 13 pro to a 15 pro Max and all, I can say it was a good phone, but was it boring. I then exchange it for the S24 ultra and im loving this phone. It does everything thr iphone can do plus much more. The one thing that sucks is messaging between ios and android but this is solved easily.
How do you solve the issue between Apple and IOS?
Apple is adopting RCS messaging protocol this year. That is going to fix all the texting issues between iMessage and Android.

iPhone is just so consistent every single pic. It may not be the best in every pic but it is just consistent. A good camera is the one that is reliable and consistent.

Still using my S22 Ultra, love the AI features of the S24, and the still images of the Pixel 8 Pro, but I'm sure most of the AI features will soon be avaliable through 3rd party apps, and yh the cameras are better but not by leaps and bounds over the S22 S23 and Pixel 6 or 7, as for the iPhone, I used to be an iPhone user, best for simplicity and video recording hands down
Pixel 8 pro for me as the smart features on pixel is unmatched and that's what I prefer on a device over raw power as I don't game or anything like that

Rectangular shape means the S24 Ultra isn't likely to slide out of your hand. Thats a plus in my opinion.
Definitely! The rounded body is more slippy prone, but the light weight feature of the Pixel helps in my experience.
But ultimately It's all preference! It's great we have many good options!

I initially owned an iPhone 15 Pro Max and decided to add a Pixel 8 Pro. However, I later sold the Pixel 8 Pro and replaced it with a Samsung S24 Ultra. Currently, I am using both the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the Samsung S24 Ultra. All I could say is that pixel 8 pro's AI is way smarter than s24U, but I will still be sticking with s24U.
All comes down to your OS. Never choose based on just camera as they are all similar.

I have a Pixel 8 Pro. It rocks. Samsung only looks good on paper. There's so much bloatware in them that they are useless. As for iPhone I'll go without before I would ever buy one of them.

Huh? That's a 15 PM in the thumbnail haha. It might look a bit off because of the lighting and such but I can 100% guarantee That's the same IP15 Pro Max used in all of my reviews of it the last few months. It's the one I personally own!

It is definitely the purple 14PM 😆 If I'm being honest, I just really love that shot and haven't been able to replicate it with the 15, so I reused it. I figured no one would notice because it's such a quick shot and the purple and blue can look sort of similar depending on the lighting but you are 100000% right 🤣

7:21 I may have to offer another opinion here.. the iPhone is by far and away the "smoothest" of these three phones. Even though they all have 120hz screen the Android phones handle it differently. I think the scrolling speed of Android is way too fast and it often judders ESPECIALLY in third party apps. Also there are little hiccups on Android that you notice if you are a long time iPhone user.
I am happily "trapped" in the Samsung ecosystem. But I can absolutely appreciate the upsides to the iPhone and Pixel. Theyre all great phones really.
