Holy **** actually worked. Spent hours trying to fix this. Spent hours trying to fix this problem and this is the one thing that worked. My computer was getting the winload.efi error after it froze then I forcefully restarted my computer. I installed the windows installation media onto a usb and changed the boot priority in my BIOS so that it booted with the installation media. Then just followed exactly as he did, but at 2:16 when his says 0 installations of windows, mine said 2. Ignored this. For the volume select, don’t choose the volume that had your original windows and the winload.efi problem, choose the volume that has Fs: FAT32 with Info: Hidden, and the one I used had a size of 99mb and make sure it has no label. For me, this was volume 3. At 4:26 type A as well like he did. For 4:36 command, make sure instead of “c:” you use the drive that your windows was on, mine was labelled “h:”. Don’t worry if your screen at 5:36 doesn’t have all that text that he does, I think he just mistyped the next bcdboot command and then it brings up that text, which he then jump cut. Once again at 5:40 use your drive name instead of “c:”. Thank you very much @TechEasyGeek, great solution.
Hello, thank you @TechEasyGeek for your sharing. I'd followed exactly what you did and shown us, but the last command, my finding seems to be quite different from your, and the result shows Failure to copy the boot files.
After 6 Days trying to fix it, it finally worked with that method and everything is still on my hard drive! Thank you so much for the help! I really appreciate that!
