Dr. Bronson, I just so happened to stumble across your videos the other day and I must say thank you for your in-depth instructions on technique and all of the elements that go in to learning a piece. Us newbies or "re-learners" of the piano want to dive in as quickly as possible to learn songs/pieces but have realized that it's so important to slow down and really take the time to practice and refine the elements you go over in your "Bronson triangle". I'll definitely be getting one of the Adult beginner piano books that you had done a comparison video on (Alfred's vs Faber). You're the next best thing to having an actual piano teacher in the living room :) -Look forward to more of your "very" helpful videos! Thank you!

This one (complete) is on my dream list thanks for the awesome video. ❤️ I started with the Masterworks Classics Book 1-2 after watching your video on repitore book a month ago and I am half way through! I think will put this book on my learning list too.

    Dr. Bronson,
Just wanted your video on wrist circle. It is correct that my understanding of the circle which let the weak fingers (4th & 5 th )carry more weight by standing and let stronger ones scoop by carry less weight? So every finger produce sounds more evenly? Thanks! 🙏🙏🙏

Great observation! Yes, the wrist circles provide arm weight strength to all fingers. Aligning the arm behind the 4-5 fingers helps them play more richly. We still align our wrist behind the strong 1-2-3 fingers, too. For a softer sound, play higher on your fingers, using less arm weight. Check out my technique choreography on Beethoven's Ecossaise I'll be releasing this Thursday for some more guidance.
