It’s so nice to see Aeon try playing the game on mobile since that’s what I play on & I’m not terrible at the game either. I currently have 19,000 stars, 111 demons, 6,000 user coins, & just did the Doom Gauntlet earlier this year.
I play on mobile too but I grind demons more than stars. I lost my account last year but I made a new one and I've been enjoying the game more than I ever have, even beating my first extreme demon

Can samsung do a software update where it doesn't drop the fps down to 60 from 120 while record because I'll take it even if it drains my battery I play on samsung tab s7
Hey Aeon, GD mobile is actually capped at 120fps, not 60 which is pretty cool. There are two ways that I proved this, one through opening a frame rate tool (which measures the frame rate of currently on screen apps) and GD was the only video game that actually passed 60fps, which is neat (actually Minecraft PE did as well, but it stayed at around 70-80fps). The second way to prove it was obviously a visual test, and comparing the game's smoothness with a 60fps phone and the 120fps device; in this case the difference was extremely clear and you could tell the game was actually pushing past the 60fps limit. If this weren't true, then the current hardest 60hz demon would be Crimson Planet, not Aronia. However, since mobile GD does reach to 120fps and CP was beaten on a 120hz phone, this is not the case. Sorry for the block of text, lol and hope things are clear now :) Edit: PUBG is also one of the games that support high refresh rates.

Seeing aeon play on the same device as me and have a difficult time on a relatively easy level is very interesting, especially when aeons hardest is miles harder than mine. It really helps show the difference between platforms
I'm currently a mobile player. I am terrible at the game, but I still really enjoy it! To put it in perspective, I have 1400 attempts on DeCode right now and I'm at 85%. I've only ever beaten one medium demon, and that was Deadly Games. I have 19 demons, 2500 stars, and around 700 user coins.
Pretty neat video. I’ve been playing on mobile since March 2015 or so and I’ve had to restart the game on 3 devices (cuz data transfer is so neat), got 599 demons on my current phone. QuantumWave or 8o is my current hardest but I’m working on Marathon to be my first extreme and my 600th, and unsurprisingly it is *h a r d.*
For some reason using "show touches" causes unstable framerates cuz when i use show touches it fluctuates between 50-60 constantly Btw on S21 ultra has 120hz but you have to do some sort of bypass cuz it auto scales down to 60hz in GD
It would be great to see you try extremes in practice on mobile such as sonic wave, Erebus, aronia, kowa, PPF - these are the top 5 demons on the mobile list (not including sigma) - they’re all completed by Biprex and it would be amazing to show a comparison of difficulty to try to explain to the community how biprex is simply one of the best and most underrated players in the game
@@kathgd I’m not sure tbh - space is insane but if you compare Biprex with all top mobile players the difference is unbelievable, he’s the only mobile 60hz player to have beaten any of the top 5 levels on the GD mobile list meaning he has beaten 5 levels harder than ANY OTHER MOBILE 60HZ PLAYER - here’s the incredible part, HES BEATEN 2 OF THEM TWICE - he also beat sigma which would make it the top 6 levels but that’s not been accepted yet (it has on LRR not mobile) - he has 1961.38 mobile list points placing him 1st by a landslide compared to second places 1261.39 and even further ahead than 4th place which is 955.58 - Biprex also has more mobile 60hz wrs 35 as supposed to dashY(120hz)s 31 wrs and hilos 21 wrs - ALSO Biprex is currently going for XO to complete the top 6 and currently has smn like 72 on frozen cave and also is working on beating digital descent with 91 being his current best - he also has 871.77 LRR points making him 1st out of ALL LRR players including 75hz PC players (2nd place is 684.351) - also apologies it’s a lot - space is insane but he’s just on another level like come on look at those stats

Mobile is very hard to play on. Before I got PC, I played on mobile and beat Acropolis, which even though I have beaten extremes, is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done in the game because it was on mobile. I also beat Jawbreaker, Nine circles, and about 60 easy demons on mobile.
I am like you , i started in mobile and payed for like 4 months and my hardest was a medium demon , thwn i got a pc and after only one month i beat an insane demon which shows the diffrence ( i was playing on 60 fps on that time but now i am using a fps bypass and i did acu ) , and all of that is on my first year in gd :)

A little bit of background on why your phone touch response/fps feels weird. (I also have an S21 Ultra) Turns out, when you enable the native screen recorder from Samsung One UI, the refresh rate drops from 120hz to 60hz, and the touch pulling rate (a.k.a response time) drops from 240hz to 60hz, that's why it feels kinda sluggish Try to play the same level without using the screen recorder and you'll see a big jump in response time/ smoothness great video tho!

I played Geometry Dash on mobile ever since I knew Geometry Dash. I'm going to try and beat Hypersonic on mobile. Aeon should try and beat an extreme demon on mobile. 😊
Havent seen a comment about it yet. The s21 series uses variable refreshrate. So whenever its possible it uses 120hz but otherwise 60hz U have to turn the hz to 60 otherwise the phone constantly switches between the two since gd is badly optimized. U get a ton of input latency and frameskipping if u dont do that

Really interesting seeing you play on mobile. I play on mobile and have 78 demons completed, including 5 hard demons (Coarse being my hardest). I agree with the latency itch, and it so annoying, especially with fast paced levels. I just hope with 2.2's release Rob fixes this bug on mobile where your wave bands get distorted

I've never had the chance to play Geometry dash on a good computer, so I have always played the game on 60hz mobile. My biggest achievement other than Supersonic is by far Duelo Maestro which took me almost 5 months to complete. I'm currently trying to beat Dark Odyssey as my first extreme with a best of 59% ! :)
I’ve been a mobile player for 5 years now. It’s really hard to improve skill on mobile. My hardest at the moment is cronos by elzeko. In these 5 years I’ve completed 1100 10* levels and 30000 stars.
It is a pain to play on mobile, I hate how the taps are late, but I have to deal with it because I play on mobile and that's why my Thanatophobia completion was emotional for me because it shows how far I have come as a mobile player for the 3 years that I have been playing GD.
I play on mobile mostly for completing easy levels or just to chill on either creating or playing levels. Though, I haven't touched GD Mobile for over a month and a half now since I'm trying to make progress on a hard level on PC. I would like to see you try and beat my mobile Hardest. I used to be a mobile player for like 6-7 years before finally moving to pc entirely (I still beat some random levels on pc that I had already done) and my hardest on mobile still is acropolis. I thought it would be fun to try to "race" the level on mobile with your video so I tried to beat it before the video ended and I managed to do it. Mostly because it only took me 39 atts lol. Maybe I'm not too rusty on mobile after all.
I beat hypersonic on mobile on April 1st 2021. Now I’m practicing Sky Tech and I’m getting better at it. Mobile can be annoying but it is a convenient way to play

Im currently trying to beat prismatic haze on mobile and I have spent 43,000 attempts and accidentaly did 16-100. My friend (who's hardest was Future Funk II on mobile) beat Idols within 2 months of getting a 144hz computer. I have been working on prismatic haze for 4 months.
i used to play on mobile and exploit force smooth fix, but those days are long gone and now i have to strugfle with beating medium demons and have a marginal hard demon on my 60hz laptop
I also know that you probably click your mouse while playing GD with your pointer finger, I do that on mobile and for me its so much better, it takes a bit to get used to but use your dominant hands pointer finger and it might be easier to beat demons on mobile.
I'm on mobile, hardest is reverence, I have 20 insane demons and 2 extreme (acu and reverence) 60 fps sucks but well... Welcome to gmd on mobile. Also I only have 105 demons. (Absolutely not a flex) Anyways, great video as always.

I am a mobile GD player and I struggle when I play GD on PC. Playing GD with a mouse just feels wrong for me even though I play a lot of games on PC and have a 240Hz display.

Aeon i as a mobile player can tell you that its easier for me to use my left finger even as a right handed person because without mirror portals its just much easier to sight read cause u don't have a big finger on the gameplay
The s21 ultra has a 120Hz display if it's not on you can change it in the settimgs ;) also you can change the aspect ratio of the game to be full screen from game launcher settings 😁
i have a s21 ultra and fixed my full screen resolution via in the settings where u go to apps and find geometry dash and do force fullscreen u can watch a video of it, theres one on youtube!
and also turn on gaming mode it helps performance and make sure u have 120hz enabled, u can also use italian apk mod launcher to decrease input latency!
I feel a bit better in my confidence when my hardest is sharp minor on mobile and aeon struggles with an easy demon on mobile. No disrespect to the man. His hardest is still rust which is very impressive

Recording, show touches, and anything like that scales it Down to 60. What he should've done is uses a 3rd party recording app so it didn't scale down

1:21 the S21 actually has 120 fps mode you can activate it in your device's settings

Aeon, if you are recording, you are stuck on 60Hz. However, if you just play off cam you will be on 120hz on the S21 Ultra.
I used to be a mobile player for like 6-7 years before finally moving to pc entirely (I still beat some random levels on pc that I had already done) and my hardest on mobile still is acropolis. I thought it would be fun to try to "race" the level on mobile with your video so I tried to beat it before the video ended and I managed to do it. Mostly because it only took me 39 atts lol. Maybe I'm not too rusty on mobile after all.

I beat hypersonic on mobile on April 1st 2021. Now I’m practicing Sky Tech and I’m getting better at it. Mobile can be annoying but it is a convenient way to play

Im currently trying to beat prismatic haze on mobile and I have spent 43,000 attempts and accidentaly did 16-100. My friend (who's hardest was Future Funk II on mobile) beat Idols within 2 months of getting a 144hz computer. I have been working on prismatic haze for 4 months.

i used to play on mobile and exploit force smooth fix, but those days are long gone and now i have to strugfle with beating medium demons and have a marginal hard demon on my 60hz laptop
I also know that you probably click your mouse while playing GD with your pointer finger, I do that on mobile and for me its so much better, it takes a bit to get used to but use your dominant hands pointer finger and it might be easier to beat demons on mobile.

I am a mobile GD player and I struggle when I play GD on PC. Playing GD with a mouse just feels wrong for me even though I play a lot of games on PC and have a 240Hz display.

as a mobile player, I dont think that fps and click delay is the issue. its the very small screen and when you tap it covers the screen.

Aeon i as a mobile player can tell you that its easier for me to use my left finger even as a right handed person because without mirror portals its just much easier to sight read cause u don't have a big finger on the gameplay

The s21 ultra has a 120Hz display if it's not on you can change it in the settimgs ;) also you can change the aspect ratio of the game to be full screen from game launcher settings 😁

Just beat Bass Knight today. Almost fluked from 36....then died to 95. Right after I passed 36 again I beat it. Pretty easy

i have a s21 ultra and fixed my full screen resolution via in the settings where u go to apps and find geometry dash and do force fullscreen u can watch a video of it, theres one on youtube!
and also turn on gaming mode it helps performance and make sure u have 120hz enabled, u can also use italian apk mod launcher to decrease input latency!

I feel a bit better in my confidence when my hardest is sharp minor on mobile and aeon struggles with an easy demon on mobile. No disrespect to the man. His hardest is still rust which is very impressive
I play on mobile too, though it's 144fps (Xiaomi 10T) I have aroung 230 demons and almost 9000 stars and My hardest is idols!

I'm pretty sure the s21 has 120hz that you can turn on. I have an s20 FE and there's 120hz on it. Look in settings for screen smoothness.
