He hadn’t lost a 200m race for three years straight leading up to the Olympics.. if the issue is him “just winning” he had been doing that until that semi final. So Lyles has been backing up his nonsense displays until he failed to break 20secs in his semi and then ran a POOR (by his standard) 19.70 in the final. And people want to say something wasn’t wrong with him?
I don’t particularly like lyles, but the man clearly had something wrong with him. He may not have beaten Tebogo even if he was healthy, but that performance from lyles was ass and there was a reason. Everyone else other than Tebogo needs to face a healthy lyles and beat him, then they too can say whatever they want, as he was doing whilst he was unbeaten

Then he should have whip the person who took the gold from him too then since he thinks he is better than Lyles. When Lyles breathing support started to go out on him He was already ahead of the two a them check the race. Non the less Noah Lyles is American all the way. He runs any lane he is placed in exceptionally with no complaints. He works equally hard as any of them do to get where he is today. The sportsmanship he brings is off the chain and it comes with no toxicity thats the difference. He is greatly loved not only by his American family but by others all over the world. Yes, we all know that he might talk smack, but he stands by it, too. Clearly, right when his breath started failing, you could see him clearly way ahead of them, and then he started to slow down to bronze. They all need to stop this nonsense to bring down great sportsmanship or else they will never shine as long as they keep up that toxic mess. If your efforts don't work this time then get up and work a lot harder. Give people the props they're due no matter what. That's why he got silver because his heart isn't right toward his own country man. Obviously Noah Lyles, he runs to win and doesn't treat other fellow athletes with such disdainful attitude. They should practice being nice. But no one can hide that ugliness of their heart for long it will come out at some point. At least Noah doesn't come to the podium with his face in the fifth gear looking like he just had a terrible fight with his deceased ancesters. And the whole truth and point is he wasn't physically fit to take the gold in those two race just like Noah wasn't healthy enough to persevere to the gold in the 200 mtrs. He barely made it in the hundred you can see that Noah was affected by that virus from he did the preliminary he was sluggish the energy that he brings wasn't there and the truth came out. But non the less he is an awesome athlete that cannot be taken lightly hands down. All that nonsense talk will just get shut down and be woefully disgraced that's how good of athlete we have in Noah Lyles and he will break and set new records next. He has a beautiful and good heart he doesn't hold grudges.

  • @prospektarty1513

Kenny spoke the truth and he still beat Lyles despite favouritism. Tebogo was the one to watch the kid is a monster and has the stamina to beat Lyles in the 200metres having broken the 300 metres world record. But everyone overlooked Tebogo by focusing on Lyles’s jive talking about his greatness and plans to usurp Usain Bolt as the best ever. If you haven’t done it since 2018 then you’re never going to do it. Tebogo is the one most likely to achieve that feat if it ever happens because like bolt he is very naturally talented, he has a running gene which means he doesn’t have to train too hard or buff himself up to run fast. It’s just a natural god-given talent and you can see it in his development which mirrors that of Usain Bolt both as a prolific youth prodigy and the way he’s gradually eased into the senior level. like bolt Tebogo made his mistakes and has now worked his way up to the top. As a very natural speedster Tebogo will be very difficult to beat in future as he develops his skills and I think he will dominate the 200 metres in a record breaking manner over the next couple of years. This is just the beginning. He is in the same league as McLoughlin and Bolt. These are people who are very naturally talented and gifted runners, they have speed written into their DNA and built into their legs. This boy already knew he had the natural ability and you could see that he had a lot left in the tank after his races. Losing your mother is the worst thing that can happen to any young man since your mother is the most likely to believe in you more than anyone else regardless of how bad you are. Your father would scold you or be disappointed or ashamed of you for losing and for making him lose the bragging rights before friends and family, but your mother would always comfort and protect you and reassure you that your time will come. She will always believe that her son is the best thing since God created Adam and believe that one day he will win. That’s how fundamental it is to building a male child’s ego into manhood, so Tebogo’s loss of his mom is significant, it could have either cost him the race or spurred him on to win it in her honour and he did the latter which is the best thing he could have done in her memory and a sign that the guy is resilient. I have seen him win and lose races and he isn’t egoistic as he knows he has the natural speed and talent to win. He won’t be unassailable and dominant like Usain Bolt but he certainly has the ability to break Bolt’s 200 metres record.

But I ran it and coached it for casuals you need something for them to watch, a storyline to follow, a hero, a villain, an underdog etc. these types of storylines is what makes basketball and other team sports so great sometimes. Yankees -Red Sox rivalry, Celtics- lakers, etc. while we ain’t gotta be rude or necessarily throw shade at each other a little bravado is necessary otherwise im bored as hell. Tyson gay was Boring, Gatlin was exciting, Despite Tyson having better PR’s there are far more fans of Justin. I get where Kenny is coming from; but at the same time, if he had not wasted so much time/energy on this, he might’ve grabbed gold. An easy fix for this is to order everyone based on finishing time in the semi’s, and then let the runner’s pick their own lane for the finals; best semi-time gets first choice, 2nd best gets second choice, etc.

Kenny Kenny Kenny my brother Lyles is the face of the LA Olympics and the sponsors wanted a double double from this Olympics to
take into the next one. That is why the 100m title was stolen and given to Lyles by virtue of a rule that shouldn't be used in the finals
to separate times. Noah was also given a weaker 100m semis. to help him preserve Energy while his rival's semi's was STACKED
This is how the game is played at this level my man. America desperately wants to move beyond Bolt being the last to double.

    💁🏾‍♀️MY TAKE:
Its always been a CHEATING SYSTEM.
Take a look at the placements of Gabby thomas. Infact, take a look at The Championship " Allyson Felix ". Her last few races were very suspicious. Its almost like they got bored with her knowing it was her last race. Even one team mate kinda disrespected her in one of the mixed relay. During the ending interview the interviewer asked how they felt on their win. Nevertheless, Allyson Felix always expressed her emotions with the understanding that there is "A face" that one shares with the fans and "A face" for ones team mates and that is called professionalism. PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL TIMES.

    Especially for semis and finals.
I can understand luck of the draw for heats and single run races.
It was also wrong that the introductions weren't done in qualifying order, but in order of who they thought should win.
At least in the swimming it was done properly by qualifying time.
