    Equipment Needed: hand weights
    Lynette's main workout for today's seated strength training rotates between upper-body, lower-body, and core strength exercises. But then she adds the balance exercises in the middle. Before returning to more upper-body, lower-body, and core. And of course, you will all be happy for the stretching cool-down.
    But please remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities but challenge yourself if you can. And be sure to stay hydrated.
