The Site is located on the southern hillside not far from Pantai Ngelom and Pantai Mororejo, Indonesia. Located right up on the hill of Jepara, Bandengan Village has maintained its rural Javanese charm and offers a relaxed hillside setting away from the crowds.
The proposed land has an area of 2208 sqm on previous plantation land. There are few plants or trees on site, however its sides, are fertile enough for tall trees and plant. The majority of the site is surrounded by rice fields, plantations, which may be earmarked for development at a later stage. To the left side a plot from the site a villa is currently being built. There are magnificent outer views, with potential to capture sea views from upper levels. An access road has a dead-end. that gives advantage of the site to remain quiet and serene. The route is sloping down following the land contours The site is relatively countoured with a large difference of level, dipping in the west. We can play with levels to benefit views and create interest as one moves through each space.
