Strawberry cheesecake trifle ingredients
2 packs strawberries
1/3 cup fresh citrus juice
1/4 cup sugar or sweetener or your choice
2 regular sized pound cakes
6 oz cream cheese SOFTENED
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix.
sugar free is also fine
1 tub whipped cream or make your own
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk

Made this yesterday for Canada Day. My Grandson said, "This might be the best dessert I've ever tasted!" (Also, the grocery store was out of pound cake, so I used Banana Bread. It was a great substitution.
