So is this so far into the future that they forgot that T-Rex is not in fact a creature from legend and DID exist? Since they are in the Fantasticals category? ... I'll take it. I really enjoy these Role Plays, sometimes I get a bit too nervous when I listen to the more sinister ones (BECAUSE they're so well done), and I have listened to the Cyber Spa so often that I'm basically trained to relax to this background music alone. Lovely and cute topic, especially for someone like me who still has a Dragoncave and Magistream and Bestkeeper account and whatnot ^-^ Makes me miss Unicreatures.
Gotta say, you really go above and beyond with your cyberpunk RPs! Get so excited every time I see them pop up in my feed :) Was wondering though, do you have any plans on bringing back your SCP readings? Reeeaaallly miss those!
They are very fun to do, so I'm glad you like them. I definitely want to do more creepy readings this year, I've been spending the past few evenings scrolling the Creepypasta Wiki. I am open to SCPs as well, if you have some favorites, send them my way :)

I never owned any sort of virtual pet, during their original time of popularity...but I do enjoy keeping pets, and I understand the virtual pet appeal. (I listened to this with one of my pet geckos sitting atop my head.) I really, really like the idea of the codes and characteristics of virtual pets lost to time, being recovered and given a second chance to perform their original function. All the more so since there are no longer any real pets allowed (I do not like this future) and the only options left are the archaic legacy pets.
Aw, a gecko! That sounds so cute, I don't think I've ever known anyone to have a gecko before. And I agree, it would be quite sad to no longer have any real pets. I thought this audio was kinda bittersweet in that way
@@AlternateAurora It does have a bittersweet feel to it. Especially with that long list of 'extinct' animals... I love geckos as pets. My home is heavily gecko-leaning when it comes to pets...we have two leachianus geckos (sort of like a wrinkly, camo-pattern, heavy-assault version of a crested gecko) and a tankful of mourning geckos (a strange all-female species of parthenogenic tiny geckos) all named Stacey (except for Stace, who is missing a good half of her tail, and Stac, who got mistaken for food shortly after hatching and now walks around with just a nub on her butt.) The smaller of the two leachianus geckos is an absolute spoiled brat and constantly demands to be let out. She was also good enough to pose for a portrait for one of my own audio characters, who just so happens to look very much like an overgrown gecko in a labcoat. (sorry-not-sorry for the surprise flood of lizard info. I just really like geckos.)
@@AlternateAurora Look them up sometime when you have leisure. Leachianus gecko, or Rhacodactylus leachianus. They get huge. One of ours is of a very modest size for the smaller varieties...and one is an Absolute Unit of Largeness.
A virtual pet shop... Would you say it's also the littlest pet shop? xd I remember having Tamagotchis while I was a kid. I know some toy shops still keep them in stock. I myself have never had a living, breathing pet. No fish, bird, cat or dog. Honestly, I think that's for the best :p I admire pet owners for being able to take care of another living being, but I've got enough with myself XD Maybe one day. A friend showed me a pictures of a cat she got recently, even though it's not allowed in our apartments. He looks precious, although she said he's not good at being quiet at night. I hope they get along together. And I hope you're doing well too! It is the time of change. So much to get used to. So much to balance! One can only hope to successfully maintain and care for the self amidst it all.
