Lyrics:
Ever declining human worth
Just let me rest, longing for deathly silence
Severing the ties with this malformation
A pestilent swarm
The flaw of nature
Pitch black, swollen
Descend into my realm
Rejoice in a world wiped clean
Transforming all waters of this earth into blood
Breathe this air, replaced by dust and smoke
The earth swathe in the tongue of an abyssal gape
Like ash, crumbling in a sea of waste
Like ash, crumbling in a sea of waste
Just let me rest, longing for a deathly silence
Swallow me whole, abyssal mouth
I find solace in a world wiped clean
Swallow me whole, abyssal mouth
Reeking, this human stench
Seeking its way through the air
Poisoning its surroundings
Spewer of waste
You're counting the days
To absolute ruination
A momentous abolition
Overflowing
From the bowels of earth emerging
A population drowning
Infinite doom surging
I find solace, in a world wiped clean
Just let me rest, longing for a deathly silence
Swallow me whole, abyssal mouth
I find solace in a world wiped clean
Swallow me whole, abyssal mouth
Swallow me whole, abyssal mouth
Swallow me whole, abyssal mouth
The flaw of nature
The pestilent swarm
Like ash, crumbling
As I await my final sleep
Swallow me whole
Spewer of waste

There's enough metal in this song to rebuild the Death Star.
absolutely underrated comment
Shit.more like star killer base.
@@nateclaflin3553 absolutely! :-D
i think thats the best and most accurate comment i've seen in years! well played man
where's metal here? this is the same boring core you find everywhere
youtube recommended this to me in a playlist called "Rock".. I think there's a misunderstanding
@@tenebrousapparition do you call trap RnB?
@@tenebrousapparition Yes and Rock comes from Blues and Jazz. So if I understand you right you could say this is Jazz? XD
Just because Metal comes from Rock doesnt mean it's the same thing....
@WE ARE NOT YOUR KIND! you know what they say, metal is angrier jazz
@@cameronwall5159 Yes, and Metal got a lot of Jazz influences, but it's still a different Genre! Just because something sounds kind of like a variation of something else, you can't just give it the same name.
actually rock is the hyperonym/ umbrella term and metal is a subgenre as well as deathcore is a subgenre of metal.
Heavier than Uranium
--> THALLium
Is lighter than Uranium
Don't confuse Thallium with THALLium!
Missing the joke here. The song is literally about black holes; (relatively) the heaviest object in the universe.
Heavier than the feeling of yielding the ebony blade
Is everyone ok? Still alive?
_help me_
Yeah thanks for caring babe.
I don't think the we'll be able to survive their next album....
Every time I watch this vid I have to scroll down to read this comment lol Best comment ever. 👌
Barely 😂
This is how you open a black hole, CERN.
VN1X nice to see someone else in this community knows about those fucks. If they played this they could probably keep their machine running.
if you do the maths you will soon realize that cern opening a black hole has a smaller chance than you getting a direct hit by a meteorite... But yeah. "facts"
many people have been directly hit by meteors throughout history.

I really, reaaaaally dig how bands like HLB and Vildjharta use 'negative space' in their music. Fast and hard all the time is fun, but the breaks, the empty beats and measures, it really adds a completely different dynamic.
ZiggyDoes vildjharta and hlb share a lead guitarist mayne
And drummer, incidentally. Either way, Idig the hell out of it.
Lol nah the guitarist of hlb is the drummer for vildjharta, but he only drums for them. He does everything for hlb Buster is a maniac
Kinnzie Martin yeah my bad I didn't mean to sound like an elitist dick I was just making a observation
Eric Wisel it's all good man, I'm greatful for the clarification! I think the most important question however is how many djent kids did he have to steal life force from to become so goddamn talented 😅😅
some nice rock music you got there

FOR CTHULHU'S SAKE I NEED A LOT MORE THAN JUST A SINGLE
YES
its so heavy, astronomists call it a singularity
I like that they've developed a distinct sound since Detestor. You can't get away with calling it "lower Vildhjarta" anymore.
0:50 to 1:09 is quite literally the heaviest thing I have heard in my entire life (and may ever hear)
Now we have dehumanize :D
The last 52 seconds of To The Hellfire would like a serious word with you, downstairs in the basement, now.
@@GreatBritishBeast Lol no HLB is heavier, Lorna Shore it's just try hard.
@@GreatBritishBeast I love To The Hellfire but i think Abyssal Mouth is heavier.
@@albroz6731 Agreed, their instruments are just so spammy.
Can I just say that humanity’s last breath is the most intimidating band in existence.
Rotting Christ
Meshuggah.....i love Humanity's Last Breath, Vildjharta, Conjurer, Gojira... but the God's still remain: Meshuggah =)

3:10 is so heavy that my bass started to play itself
Drop E0.

I don't know if HLB reads these comments, but, i just wanna say thank you for making my day just a little more tolerable. Been a really rough week and i feel like your music sounds. Even when i'm silent, i'm screaming endlessly in my head. But, when i hear your music, it's like you channel my feelings through your songs. Thank you
Life alert, I've thallen and I can't get up.
There is absolutely no possible way the album could be heavier than this single. Then again, I said the same thing about the Detestor EP when Ocean Drinker dropped.....
There is always a way, Christian.
If what you say is true then I may not survive the coming storm....
New album will have less melody than the last releases and be much heavier.
Yo I just heard this band right now I've been not paying attention to metal for the last 5 years... when the hell does this album come out? This is fucking AMAZING.
@@Kromface IMPOSSIBLE....actually it is only possible with HBL....
"I find solace in a world wiped clean."
That symmetric guitar pointage towards the singer always reminds me of Destestor cover. Sometimes being lefty is win.
This is what happens when Vildhjarta quits. HLB come to awaken them from the depths of Tartarus.
Both bands are SO GOOD!!!!
Imo HLB is a little heavier but they are both 👏💥👌👏🔥😍🤩😵🔥💥
The album is so damn heavy I actually find it relaxing.
Never heard such unsettling deathcore.
I don't like it, I adore it.
I burst out laughing at 0:50. I figure at this point, the only way you can record anything heavier is by restricting your releases to 6-channel 24/192 FLAC's
Can't decide if the clean singing or the intro was my favorite part. Very hyped on this band.
Calling anything on this song 'clean' is a bit of stretch.
@@chets7529 The “clean singing” make it sound more epic
Please put blackhole and neutron star content warning beforehand, thanks!
I want to tell you a story. Today Friday the 19th, 2021 in Mexico. I was showing this song to a friend this, and we were talking about how heavy is this. Suddenlly she told me if I felt the earthquake but I thought it was a joke about the song, but no, an earthquake moved the city. What's the lesson? This song moves the Universe haha.
Xd
Fake and cisgender
But did you smash?!😅
You guys are nailing it. Found out about you from the Dota 2 pack. Finally got to see some S-tier metal in the mass products.
Take a listen to the band Vildhjarta also
U will love it 😍
2020:
0:50 is still the most explosive riff ever (my house exploded).
Pity you can't claim the insurance on that one
Fun fact : the big bang was caused by this riff
The universe blew up at 0:50
I'm sooo glad Buster made this band come back from the ashes...
Holy fuck is this real life
Dude HLB is my favorite metal band, it's just
So satisfying, and the time signatures just make sense, I hope they make a new album or single soon, I've been listening intently to everything they have out. Thank you HLB,
So awesome 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I don't understand how this band aren't fucking huge. I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
It's not really for everyone.
its too heavy for the most. me included.
Heartlessly heavy
Like an earth mover slowly crushing a baby legs first.
pushing some serious deathcore boundaries here. I won't be able to get up for a while
You know a deathcore band is good when you can't just call it deathcore anymore.
SeparateMouse they surpassed the deathcore label now
weakling
I wouldn’t call it deathcore
@@diabeticmonkey oh ok is it indie-folk disco or what
3:27 is one of my favourite screams in metal
Some of the sickest metal I have ever heard. Ridiculous!
WOW! I have NEVER heard a style of metal like this! WOW! I LOVE THIS! Why has no one ever told me about this band. I'm going to buy the album right now! I don't need to hear any of their other songs to know I love the band.
You’ll love their self titled album
Well they were much more like the band vildjharta in their older stuff. Check them out if you haven't. Their ep Detestor is where they really began to develope their distinct sound. And the song Detestor on that ep is even more menacing than this. Enjoy.
3:11 those guitar screeches are the most disgusting thing I have heard in my life, I love it.
Metal is brutal realization and self honesty and trust through everything. The lament and the pulling currents of human emotion and consciousness and how it all connects us to a broken world. It’s awareness and truth thats so often misconstrued as evil. Its a cautionary tale and awareness of bonds and cycles on the micro and macro level
0:50 - 1:09 Great now I have lead poisoning
I cannot stop replaying this song. Every time I hear the ballad sing “swallow me whole” I get chills.
Insanely HEAVY. This is another level of heavy and it’s too good. Vocals, guitars, and drums are amazing.
Emo kids: that isn’t heavy, this is heavy
*plays Attack Attack*
Underrated comment
But it's gotta be the Someday Came Suddenly album haha
Boomers: "That isn't heavy, THIS is heavy"

The BrownFlys I feel like sending him a thank you card
For me listening to Humanity’s Last Breath once pretty much gave me new life 🤘🤘🤘
What fucking tuning is this. The walls of my apartment started to collapse and my baby started to cry at 0:50. Im pretty sure everyone in my building hates me for this one..... Thank you
Drop E0 (1 full octave lower than Drop E)
Yeah actually this tuning is drop thermo nuclear device
@@theinfinityscout3289 No, it’s drop E. They use a pitch shifter on some parts.

4:18 to 4:29 just set my roof ablaze.
If your next full album is this fucking heavy, I'll buy 50 copies
soo, where's your 50 copies?
Also curious
0:50 that is MASSIVE
Woah, this is almost as heavy as Nickleback!
WTF!!!! How can something SO HEAVY???!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!
That was my best meditation ever.
WOW. Kreygasm, vocals improved a lot, liked fast parts, not chugging 24\7 like previous EP. I would like to hear more cleans like this
A whirl pool just opened up in my room and swallowed me up . dragging me down to the bottom of the deepest ocean where I found hell.
So glad u guys finally lost your fear of playing your instruments. And u figured out to mix the old sound with the new. But even beyond that you threw new next level shit in there. Fucking beautiful. I usually only hear that effect in industrial
THEED57 The chorus effect you mean? It's not super uncommon with some bands.
@@tai-bere3500*flanger 😅
Loving the sounds behind the instrumentals
Can't get enough of this band. They need to be more recognized!
3:06 *The HLB we all know and love!*
Fucking Drop Q
LoMpE Sounds like a G#0, which is about as low as you can go on a guitar and still be intelligible, lol
My ears literally vibrate during that part. Fukcing inhuman
Thank god someone actually knows the fucking note. I was worried they just detuned to a random arbitrary pitch
Listening to it again though, it sounds like an F#
The cacophony is unreal. Really adds to the song.
So glad that I discovered these guys last year. I needed this for so long...
I love it! Great video and song. Taking it to the next level with those clean-vocal effects. Keep up the good work.
Good. Fucking. God. This band never ceases to disappoint.
I thought SLP was heavy, whoa these guys are on another level of madness. 😮
I'm happy I bought this CD, before it got sold out.
you guys really know how to take heaviness to a new level, really impressed!
Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Well done.
That is very heavy.
This song makes me fantasize Satan with headphones on listening to this song as he is sitting on his throne of maggots and corpses, legs crossed and reading glasses on, scrolling through some blackened forbidden tomes to pass the time, whilst having a pint full of espresso that's 1000*C.
Sounds sick! Keep up the heavy work I can't wait to see how the new album or ep turns out.
Feels like listening to meshuggah for the first time. I don't know how they make songs so chaotic and melodic at the same time.
this is their most evil work, I fucking love it.
God damn, even Satan is like "ya'll need Jesus"
The intro is so fucking awesome
Fuckin yes. Yes.
It kinda feels like bands like Aversions Crown and bands like The Black Tongue were mixed into a perfect in-between

Would you be able to resist headbanging if you were at his place lol
I think they're used in great effect in this video
I like it. It gives it an even more crazy creepy unstable vibe.
This is a lot different to what I was expecting, but at this stage you guys have so much of my respect that anything you release is automatically loved by me. Totally dig it, this is real good.
Absolutely Beautiful.
What is this filth?
The guitars are monstrous. What was used for the tone.
Love the black metal influences reminds me of dimmu borgir in some parts !
They plug straight into a Boss MetalZone and from there to Lucifer, Lord of Darkness. The sound is Satan growling from pain.

"Slipknot is fuckin' metal!"
"let me tell you a secret..."
First time hearing this band, I absolutely love it! Subscribed..

Perfect way to start the day
Just putting this out there, Metal Archives (aka Encyclopedia Metallum) doesn't consider this band "metal"... because they apparently have too many post-hardcore aspects to them... like breakdowns (despite all of the original death metal bands, like Death, Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Suffocation etc.. having at least one breakdown in every song...) So, just FYI, Metal Archives is a fucking joke. I'm 46 and have been a death metal head and guitar player for 32 years. This is fucking metal as FUCK. HLB and Vildhjarta have been influencing my riff writing quite a bit lately. Look up the band Moat on 'Encyclopedia Metallum". I know that loser. Calls himself Warharan. Yeah, his real name is Pasha and all of the SoCal scene knows him and mocks him, not just behind his back, but even right in front of him whilst hanging out, and yet he doesn't pick up on it (hit me up if you want to talk about this Pasha). He asked me to be "his guitar player" back in 2002. Death/Grind at the time. I wrote a full song in the week between jam sessions and he couldn't play it, at all. Not even one riff, over a span of 3 hours. His excuse was "well you came up with the riff". Yeah, I heard it in my fucking head, then played it. Just like he's hearing it, but apparently can't play a single fucking riff. He can't even play to a 60 bpm click track (too slow supposedly), let alone 240, yet he's on there... Anyway, just a heads up. I find it upsetting that HLB and even bands like Bound in Fear aren't "metal" according to that elitist site.
HLB is my current favorite band.
This amazing band is one of a handful of amazing bands that I like to call "too heavy for metal-archives." Alongside Lorna Shore, The Hopewell Furnace, and Brand of Sacrifice. I can't imagine why anyone who is above the age of 17 takes metal-archives seriously.
