How to become an amazon vine review or vine voice member by invitation only, in less than 2 minutes. I tell you exactly what I did to become a member of amazon's invitation only program called amazon vine. It takes a lot of work, but if you have enough constructive criticism, you will get invited. People value opinions that are in depth and in order to become a member of vine voices, you just have to think like a shopper and write the answers to any questions you may think a potential buyer would ask. If its already in the description, you might want to skip out on fluff and only mention the not so obvious but important aspects of the product. What did you like, what didnt you like, what specific experience did you have. Misleading. Implies with the ‘Get invited in 2 minutes’ title that somehow there is a way of getting invited to the vine program that takes 2 minutes. There isn’t. The video basically says you just have to wait for a computer at Amazon to decide you are worthy and send you an invite. A pretty pointless and misleading click bait video.

To be honest, the current incarnation of the Vine program is not a good deal. You get taxed on all the items sent at the face value of the product. It's possibly fine if you get decent products, but many of the items are not great quality or name brand. So in essence you end up with a bunch of stuff you couldn't even sell for the amount of money you will get a 1099 for at the end of the year. Unless you are only trying to get free beauty or certain products that are listed as $0 value. Occassionally you might be able to grab some good / higher value electronics - but again you are going to have to pay income tax on the whole value.
I mean, you’re still getting products at essentially an 80% discount at minimum. Additionally, gold tier (which by now you might have reached) provides access to much higher quality items for the most part. I’ve gotten a lot of really nice stuff from it. Best part is that I can sell some stuff to make up for the tax burden. But also, yeah, our government is ridiculous for passing a bill that treats this as taxable income
I'm already a Vine member, but I noticed this video's title, and wondered what possible method it could contain that would allow someone to score an invite in 2 minutes.
Answer: it doesn't contain any such tip, because it's an entirely misleading title. But that doesn't make the video entirely useless, just dishonestly titled.
The video *does* give you good advice that if you want to be invited to Vine, you need to write reviews, and make them worth reading. That, I assume, is where the "2 minutes" comes from, as in "to get invited to Vine, take 2 minutes to write a solid review for things you buy on Amazon."
Nothing in this video tells you how "get invited in 2 minutes."
Or you get the “how to” info in 2 minutes, as in the video is 2 minutes long…

I think this is a great way to see what the consumers think of the products they are wishing to purchase. It has always been very helpful to me to go on and read all of the comments. It really makes a difference when I buy.
Yeah that's true, I can vouch for the quantity, I have only 13 reviews and answering some consumer questions I ended up getting an invite. Funny enough I never knew this existed before I got the invitation.
Same here!! I only have 6 reviews, and 1,000+ impact. I was so sceptical when I saw the invite but loving it so far!!
How long where you guys prime members before you got invited?
@@AlienRob I can't say a specific amount, but my prime membership has been on and off since I didn't really order things off Amazon like I used to. I'd probably have it a month and then cancel it for 3 or 4 months before deciding to get it again.

Does Amazon invite you to join Vine through email? I received an invite this way and am concerned it may be phishing since it has links regarding "taxing" account info.

@@minitruckin It's NOT really 'free' stuff for the reviewer, though Amazon sends it without cost. You have to give tax information because you have to pay taxes on everything - often full retail value even if the item is going for less. Amazon sends 1099s on it.
@@KristiGilleland right we are all aware of that, you pay taxes on the same item if you were to buy it right? so you are buying for free and paying taxes :) also some items like personal care items have no taxable value on the 1099

Thats not how i joined. There was an amazon vine page on amazon's official website with a link to join. I never received an invite email from them. It was a link that said "get started" or something like that w/ a brief survey about tax info.
I've been shopping on amazon since 2010, I have about double your numbers in reviews and likes, and I take my time to write helpful reviews. NO invite yet, hahaha. I'm over it, I lost motivation to write more reviews.
Apparently they don't make good decisions if they chose you since you also enjoy pushing clickbait

Do I have something wrong on my "vine invite" setting. Been a member since 2001 (tha's right). I have about 1100 helpfuls and 687 reviews and and ~17k rating. I've recently been curious about this. tyvm.

I've been reviewing since 2016 and I have 250+ helpful votes and no invite. I'll start reviewing more opinionated statements and include pictures and videos from now on.

I think they look at recent reviews, so if you haven't written reviews in a while, I recommend going to your product history of items you've ordered and start there.
It’s like “win the lotto in 2 minutes” play the same numbers every day and play them continuously until you win. 😂 I been reviewing with detailed reviews both photos and videos since 2016. 180,000 reviews and 618 helpful votes and still no invite. It’s luck. You and I have done what we need to qualify (we bought the lotto ticket) now we just have to hope our number gets called 😂 🤷🏻♀️
where are you finding that info about your votes that people found your reviews helpful? At the 21 second mark, he shows this page with 'insights' as the header with all that info, but I have never seen that.
