  • In our busy working environment there can be times where things don’t quite go the way we planned, and employees may end up being hurt. In this video we will talk about why it is important and necessary to report incidents as they occur.
    Reporting is not about attributing blame, but more about identifying possible workplace issues so they don’t happen again. Incidents can be minor or major, but they are all “incidents” and need to be reported to identify what happened with a view to preventing them from happening again.
    If we don't report incidents we will not be able to identify the root cause that contributed to the incident and prevent the same type of incident from potentially occurring again.

    If not hurt, and if nothing isn't damaged, I really dont like reporting it. But with what I've been through, you have to report it.

    I got a rash from the companys cheap ruff toilet paper, chaffing was intense..2 days on the beach to recover.
    report everything
