I'm Belgian. I went on the Big Island of Hawaï 1 month ago for the Ironman. Hawaï is the most beautiful "country" I have ever seen. As a bioingeneer and a nature lover, I appreciated the all different zones we can found. This island is just incredible.

It’s a good documentary on the aspect volcanic science and chef side. But sadly it missed an authentic feel of Hawaii. You went to a Hawaiian family owned farm to pick the product yet they weren’t in your shots to give history and backstory to that, you traveled the island and could have added perhaps someone getting the Nenue fish for you. I can honestly say you didn’t go diving for it. There are so many more to Hawaii, the culture not just As a Hawaiian but the diversity of the Polynesian islands.

P.S. for ya'll that wouldn't know any better, that beach in the last scene was not on Mauna Loa but on Hualālai (also an active volcano, 4/5 are on the Big Island).
