This is a bold decision by Madani but a good and correct one. There are many brilliant but poor Malay students whose quota are guaranteed but let’s not ignore top students from other races too. Matriculation is a path to enter public universities. Those young irregardless of their racial and religious background are our asset. Groom them and educate them for our future.
DEB itu wajar, yang terpinggir dan miskin dari luar bandar wajib diberi perhatian, meritokrasi itu juga sama pentingnya. Kita mesti utamakan keadilan dan kesaksamaan dan keberpeluangan kepada semua. Ini adalah tanggungjawab kerajaan untuk memastikan negara menyedia infrastruktur yang terbaik, memberi peluang yang terbaik demi mewujudkan rakyat yang terbaik dari segi intelek, rohani, emosi dan jasmani, dan sosial.
10As all private and foreign universities also happy to give scholarship to them, how about the 9As and 8As ? they also anak Malaysia
Is matrikulasi desirable for non-bumis? (genuinely curios here) For so long due the quota system I thought non-bumis no longer interested/desire for matrikulasi already?
current system already have 10% non bumi so these 10As would be on top of that
but i dont think most of them they wanna do matrix as they preferres to get scholarship from private sector doing A level

I have little respect for you, Anwar. You gave false hope by promising that all students with 10As would get into matriculation. However, it turns out that hundreds of students with 10As were denied entry. As usual, mediocre Malay students were admitted. Whether your instructions were ignored by the Malay administrators in the matriculation colleges or the system is fundamentally racist, it seems 90% of the places are reserved for smart and mediocre Malay students, with non-Malay students given second priority, despite their academic excellence.
How cunning is your system, originally set up by Tun Mahathir? You do not have the courage to change it, yet you announced that all students with 10As, regardless of race or religion, would get admission. It has turned out to be fake, Mr. Anwar.
