I have the original on vcd along with GAIS 1 and 2, I was one of the first to upload it circa 2005/6 when UA-cam was known as Google video, I uploaded too much CI crap I had lurking about so alot of my videos got taken down, will see if I can reupload it on one of my other accounts, if not I can probably googledrive it to you.
