Yeah, that's why I wanted to do a full LP of efficient strategies for reaching end game quickly and for clearing content quickly but somewhat easy to understand.
You move the cursor from left to right, or right to left, and in between the cursor moving you press "X" - if done correctly you will throw sideways. It's actually a really nice tool to use for reaching gates and or annoying maps.
In retrospect, I really should have explained item world better being as this is a continuation from previous sections. I might do a full playthrough so people can follow along step by step, or I might do a speedrun at some point.
@@rpgfanatic5477 there's a surprising lack of indepth walk through for the various aspects of disgaea, especially focusing on 1. And a lack of full game walk throughs. There are max stats playthroughs without dialog, but haven't found a full walk through covering what tips and tricks to employ at each stage, like etnas room, the best items (when where), innocents, character creation, dark assembly, secrets and tricks. I think it'd be a good thing to create and people would watch as you'd be basically the only one who has that kinda content.
@vfnxjcjcujenxncjdzx you're correct on this. If I get the time one of these days, I will try and do a full playthrough and try my best to explain every thing I'm doing along the way. Another issue I have, is reminding myself to slow down, because I tend to go through menus and general floors/stages rather quickly. The main issue with my guides, are lack of editing, lack of properly identifying each segment. I also didn't do a great job of capturing the idea of this being the very first time someone is playing disgaea... I don't ever explain what exactly specialists are iirc, and many other things I just didn't think about.
I understand that, it's just a general guide. In general though, you absolutely should ALWAYS kill a single enemy each floor just to increase skill level/WM level. With all that said, I have videos of my main file with 10M INT majin and 28M Hp Zetta as well as many other achievements as well.
Oh i didn't know I just kinda want to know I'm better than someone in disgea cause I'm level 1100 with lahlarl but every one else sucksand he as lv 30 rank 39 stuff
@@huskynation677 level 1100 is pretty good, honestly that's better than the vast majority of players already. I'm an outlier on this game, I've spent more than 3k hours on Disgaes 1 spanning just about every iteration of the game.
@@darkskysz2102 I should go back and change some stuff, but I wanted a continuous guide from the start of the game to the end. If I did this today, I'd label each video so I could put them in order... that said, I have no idea how to edit.
Every beginner guide i watch, they are all like end game levels.

@@rpgfanatic5477 that would be great! We don't have enough content like that.
I wish you could "return to the castle as you were before the battle" in Disgaea 1 PC.
How do you throw sidways

@@rpgfanatic5477 thanks for the tip
You did not upgrade your testament 😂😂😂.
I'm a 8 year old who surpassed you.
For a beginners guide you didn't really explain anything

You only need to kill the item general not the whole level😡

Oh yeah first
What an useless 'beginner' guide.
