Sound deadening my van floor, what's best to use to get the carpet glue off the floor as some still on there, or is it ok to put the sound mat on top of the glue?

It's a genuine review bud. Heritage & STP sent me the products (for free) and asked me to do an honest review/install video. You can either use white spirits or WD-40 to cut through the glue. I'd be tempted to just lay over the top of it!

Wanting to do sound deadening for my kombi floor, and then 're fit the original black mat back on top, which product would you say it best to use?
