Mine usually grow a new leaf every couple of weeks, but it varies depending on the time of year and how much light it receives

I was actually wondering why my leaves feel sticky! Like the back of old sticky tape.. No matter how much neem oil I would spray on, it wouldn't budge! Would lukewarm soapy water help?

Just water on its own is fine.
