I highly recommend cooking the oatmeal! It's an extra step but brings the smoothie to the next level of indulgent. Use a frozen banana if you want the smoothie to be colder. Also, its easier on the digestion!

Quick tip and advice. I would recommend probably transitioning the dogs to another room. After you have tried everything to put the baby to sleep ( and succeeded ) just one bark will undo everything. Wishing you the best. Sending lots of love.

After i had my last baby in December I lost my hair like crazy. As a cosmetologist, I highly highly recommend taking collagen if you don't already. I'm still have patches that are growing in. My pregnancy hair was the best ever! I wish it would have stayed like that! Good luck and good health to you all💗

I'm 5 months pregnant and I'm always waking up at 630 and for me it's just hard to go back to sleep so I just lay in bed for a bit. I've had 3other kids and walking alot helped me have my kids 2 to 3 weeks before due date. I hope you have a fast and safe delivery. God bless

Wishing the best for you guys since it's so close!!!! I saw your IG updates on the dr visit today :) *Idk where to start. I'm at square one or two with my life. Everything is different from how it used to be. I did recognize that I don't have close friends anymore, and IDK what to do about it. I'm not desperate for attention, so I'm not going back to all the selfish mom friends..I don't have kids or want them..but everyone who is nicer is used to being more introverted like myself. Just feels like things aren't worth it anymore, and being around other college type people won't happen till next year.* Maybe I need to join online forums? Anyone please feel free to give advice!

How much weight have you gained? Do you have any stretch marks and are you using anything for them? Did you do maternity photos or a belly cast? Do you have the pregnancy waddle? Do you have any embarrassing symptoms like lots of gas farting burping etc or just embarrassing symptoms in general? Have you ever gotten any rude or offensive comments due to the size of your bump? Do you have trouble finding clothes that fit and cover the bump? Have you ever ever had anyone ask to rub or touch the bump to feel baby move or kick? How do you feel about belly touches? How many kids do you want? How has hubby been bonding with baby any tips? You should do the baby momma dance video and pre pregnancy clothes try on challenge video.

Because right before you go into labor your body will have great energy ~ Ask for help with everything and I pray you get to experience a natural wet birth ~ I had to be induced and have dry births for some of my babies I had all 7 natural birth and the ones that the water bag was broken right before baby came out were my favorite nice wet births the dry ones were long pushing out the baby dry not fun😒
I love your morning routine ~ I encourage you to keep your self care routine priority once you have baby and keep a journal because you will want to write down everything to keep on top of it all~ Have fun and enjoy your new baby~ God Bless😘💞💐🌺🌹
You must want to go into labor drinking that raspberry tea! Old remedy . Also, do you have pre eclampsia? That facial swelling is sign. Not being negative. I’m a labor and delivery nurse and you should check. I can’t wait to see your little one!!
