I used to love this show. The "rough around the edges teacher with a heart of gold" thing was huge in sitcoms in the 90s. This show. Boys Meets World with Mr. Feeny. In 1991 Fox had this PHENOMENAL show called Drexell's Class about a cigar chomping ex corporate executive guy that got fired and got his teaching degree and had to teach fifth grade because he owed the IRS a lot of money. It only lasted 1 season/18 episodes. But someone uploaded the entire thing here on UA-cam and the humor is AMAZING. They'd never get away with airing that show today.

Also I think you misread my post, I said this show ISN'T on TV Vault to illustrate how rare it is as they have a lot of rare stuff on there.
They tried to increase the show's sex appeal by adding an older cast. I wasn't mad because I had the hots for Christina Vidal back then (though now l realize that I slept on Malinda Williams back then 🙂). It would have been better if they let the original cast grow up like the young cast on Boys Meets World did.
Right!! Middle school theme was rare. The whole High school thing in the 90s was overplayed. It's was rare they did a show based solely on pre teens. Besides Boy Meets World early seasons and Ghostwriter, we hardly had a middle base for a show.
