- Thunder was found in street dragging a heavy chains and could barely walk. He was very thin and weak with big tumor grown on his lower jaw, he cannot eat or drink and the jaw was rotting.
The saddest thing is that he has an "owner", and he has been observing his condition since winter, he refused to spend money on his treatment and in the end they just put him out the gate to rot and die alone.

He was already loved by his previous owner? Just because he didn’t have enough money doesn’t mean he didn’t love him, if so he wouldn’t have adopted Thunder in the first place.

If they really couldn’t do it, financially and no time, they could have given him to a rescue facility even. But no, these cruel people kicked him out with a tumour and everything.
Last time I made a go fund me not only did go fund me not want to release the funds not one person donated. It sat for 8 months. We don't know why they didn't but based of my experience it was probably a reason like that. Sitting for 8 months and never got to the amount needed. In fact the fundraiser is still at 0$
